Decided to start a journal here.

The measurements where:

1 august
Bone pressed flaccid stretch: 17.5cm
Bone pressed erect length:16.5cm
Erect girth mid-shaft: 12 cm

1 september
Bone pressed flaccid stretch:18.5cm
Bone pressed erect length:17 cm
Erect girth mid-shaft: 12.5cm

Stopped completely a couple of days into september even if I got results :(, don't know why.


Now I have decided to start again and be more serious about it. Started about 6-7 days ago.

My routine is

am girth session
20-25 minutes of wet-jelqing
10 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s (goal is top work up to 20 minutes)
15-20 minutes of clamping, one set.


Pm stretch session

24th november

Erect girth mid-shaft: 12.5cm

Nice, seems like I have regained what gains I got august to september in just a week.

I have also decided to hang when I have time, but I don't know how to fit it in this routine?


Well now it's time to grow for real!
 
Friday workout:
Hot shower with some massage
23 minutes of wet jelqing, got some nice pump pretty early..good eq too.
12 minutes of slow squash squeese.
22 minutes of clamping with a condom.

Cock was fat and happy after this, got some spots but they disappeared after my cool-down massage?!
Wrapped a little rubber band around my penis and had it on for about an hour, it was just tight enough to hold some blood in...not hard.

Mid-day I tried some hanging
5.5lbs 20 minutes x 1


On the evening before bedtime I did DLD's newbie stretch routine.
 
Saturday
am girth session
warmup
5 minutes dry-jelqing
12 minutes slow squash squeezes
20 minutes of clamping with condom.

Had no real privacy, went to the bathroom and did the jelqing and squeezing, then put on a condom and clamp and ate breakfast..20 minutes later I went back to the bathroom and removed the clamp. I hope this is enough girth work since I cant do my normal routine today.
 
Saturday
pm
Just a couple of minutes of BTC-stretches while watching a movie
also tried to do kettlebell hangs but my lightest kettlebell is a 35lbs one so I had to help with the weight with my other hand. 4 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] secs + 2 x 1 minute.

No newbie stretch routine this day and not much girth work either, it's hard for me to do on the weekends. So today it might be as little as on saturday too.

Did more than I think I would do today, did this in the wc. Told my roomie I had "problems" due to a big portion of vindaloo yesterday, so I did my jelqing there and then just 1 minute per hand with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s and put on a clamp. Then I went back to the bathroom at 2 points to remove/put it back etc.
Will try to get some stretching later today

Thanks Rakas, my goal size is 8x6 inches, but my short term goal is 7.5x5.5inch
I am 6.7x4.9 inches now according to this converter: http://manuelsweb.com/in_cm.htm

When I get to 8x6 inches I may want to have more

also monday workout:
None and no masturbation either, I wanted to give it complete rest and just took a hot bath and some massage.

Will post later today my Tuesday workout. :)

Welcome and thanks for posting a progress thread, it really helps me, and the other guys keep up with your training and we can advise you along the way. I need to read through this entire thread and I will reply again.
 
24th dec

Only done my workouts like 50-60% of the days :(. mostly done jelqs and 1-2 sets with clamps for 15 mins.
The fact that I still made some small gains have inspired me to do more of this! Going to try to do my original routine 90% off the days from now on.

So the last month I haven't done any real stretching, instead I have been doing 40 seconds of stretching every time I hit the bathroom. The last 2 days I have also used a home built ghetto stretching device, it pulls pretty hard so I can only wear it for about 15-20 minutes. Did 1 set of that yesterday and 2 sets today, will try to do 3 sets tomorrow.

Anyone know of any easy ways to make a good hanger that I can use in my device? as it is now I use a silk cloth and a band with a hook that I wrap around the head.

As for girth work I have mostly done clamping 2-4 15 minutes per day. If I'm up to it I do some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] and jelqing. But I always do the clamping. I found that this is the easiest routine for me. I hope that this is enough and I will see if it is 2 days from today when I measure again. If I haven't gotten any gains I think I will have to change my routine.

Bone pressed erect length:17.5 cm (+ 0.5 cm) ( 1cm from start)
Erect girth mid-shaft: 12.8cm (0.2 cm) (0.8cm from start)

The flaccid stretch length has increased quite a bit.
The errect length has stayed the same, I heard that you will see most of the gains in the flaccid stretch first so I shouldn't dispear? And after all, I have just done 40 secs of stretch each time I hit the bathroom this month + 2 days of my stretching device.
The girth is improving though, that's nice.

I want more errect length and girth.

This month I will do:
Stretch work
Continue with the bathroom stretches(45 secs per stop)
Use my stretching device and work up to a longer time

Girth work
15-20 minutes of jelqs
15-20 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]
15-20 minutes of clamping.

Good to hear that there are some positive increases in size! You will see the length first as you are and girth will also come quickly especially with the Slow Squash Jelqs. Practice some erect stretching if you get extra time, it is a smart way to convert flaccid stretched gain to erect ones. Spending 3-5 minutes a day is plenty to make this happen.

Also, I noticed that my errection is harder...and it's gotten a bit longer and thicker when flaccid.

I have invented many exercises but I stand stumped to find a better invention for girth than the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words], it is the perfect girth exercise and it offers incredible tunica stretch which not only delivers more thickness but it adds to the efforts in length with permanent deformation of this extremely dense tissue.
