when i jelq i noticed i pull part my sack with it and feels like indian burn when i pull my sck down all the way i noticed skin starts from mid shaft it really hard to jelq what could i do?
 
I started Penis Enlargement at your girth size and I have gains SO MUCH from a few exercises. Slow Squash Jelks, Isolated Compressions squeezed and DLD Bends. Give it a go.

Hey DLD. kingsnake here. How long did it take you to get a whole inch gain in girth. I've been clamping for about 3-4 months now and I haven't gained much in girth. I have gained a little in girth when I have a 100% hard on from pre Penis Enlargement 5.2 inches to now 5.4 inches.

The only time I got to my max erection was when I orgasmed.

Now that I think about it my erection quality has never been 100% since I increased my clamping time from 5 mins to 7 mins. I might be overtraining. I hope i'm not because I only do girth work 3 times a week on a mon,wed,friday routine. Tues,Thursday is just 15 min of manual stretching.
 
actually I was thinking of taking a break because where I clamp at the base is becoming really sore and I think it's causing my dick to lean more and more to left. My flaccid dick also seems to be hard and rigid at times. I think that clamping is making my tunica tough and resistent to expansion. That's why my midshaft girth doesn't expand that much. To be honest with yall I don't think I have made any gains from clamping. I think my minimal girth gains came from pumping 3-4 months ago.

If I take a deconditioning break then I'm not sure how long of a break to take. I don't want to loose my length gains. As a matter of fact I still want to reach a nbp length of 9-9.5 if possible for me. What do you guys think about me hanging for length and just doing length work and light jelqs during my deconditioning break from girth work?

Any advise would be appreciated
 
i think if you wanna reach your goal of 9-9.5 hanging for lenght is the way to go. once you hang heavy (at least for ) i gained alot of girth. only thin girth wise i want is a bigger head. when is the last time you hung.
 
I've never hung before. The only length work I do is manual stretches. I've only been Penis Enlargementing for 4-6 months now I think. Do you guys think it's a good idea to do some focused length work while I take a break from girth work or should I just take a complete break from Penis Enlargement.
 
i wouldnt ever suggest taking a complete break unless injuries. i know for a fact that hanging will help your girth. and to me erection quality. but take baby steps cause form is better the the weight. and it will keep you from set backs. what are your stats.
 
Thanks atlyroc and tyandhisrod. Hey atlyroc. My stats are nbpl 8.4 x 5.4. You can see my pics and previous routines in the picture proof section. I guess I will start off with a basic hanging routine with a quality hanger and see if I can reach my 9 to 9.5 nbpressed length goal while my dick recovers from advance girth work. be carefull of jequing in between sets. i would suggest just using a heat pack. and leave girth work alone when you get into some weight cause it can be dangerous or make hanging uncomfortable. hanging will stimulate some girth.

just one of those things man. mabey form or something was wrong. mabey manual girth work might be your ticket. ...
 
i've been doing ares' modified horse squeezes, 2-3 sets of 50-70 squeezes a day, on average 3-4 days a week, and i've noticed little in erect girth, but huge results in both flacid girth and length.

probably 1/2" girth, and 3/4" length while flaccid

eq has also greatly improved

and thats prob in the last 6 weeks.

My girth sucks.

That is a simple statement that encompasses my problem, dilemma, motivation, etc.

I'm currently between 4.5-4.75 mid shaft erect girth on my best days.

What I want to know is:

1. The best exercises for optimum shaft and head girth growth, which are:

a. not pumping, as that scares me
b. under $25 in cost for materials
c. not requiring more time than half hour per day.

2. How often I must do these exercises

3. How to do the exercises ( I don't know many, aside from the jelq)

Brother, you have to be willing to sacrifice at least 1 hour of your time daily to get to your dream size in PE. You also need to do it the best way by getting yourself a mityvac penis pump. Do the 5x5x3 routine and the gains will come.
