My girth sucks.

That is a simple statement that encompasses my problem, dilemma, motivation, etc.

I'm currently between 4.5-4.75 mid shaft erect girth on my best days.

What I want to know is:

1. The best exercises for optimum shaft and head girth growth, which are:

a. not pumping, as that scares me
b. under $25 in cost for materials
c. not requiring more time than half hour per day.

2. How often I must do these exercises

3. How to do the exercises ( I don't know many, aside from the jelq)

I think that clamping is just the exercize that will satisfy all your requirements...

clamping for roughly how long and how often to start?

and can anyone suggest an amount of erect jelqs per day to work myself up to clamping?
 
Do the standard constrictor which is mentioned at the start of my guide.

First week do 1 x 10 mins EOD [Every other day]
Second week do 2 x 10 mins EOD
Third week do 1 x 15 mins EOD
Fourth week do 2 x 15 mins EOD

Sixth week do 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] mins EOD
Seventh week do 1 x 25 mins EOD

Ninth week is RESTING .. dont do any clamping.

The idea of this routine is that its GENTLY getting your penis conditioned and ready for the ultra intensity that constriction brings ... I should have mentioned this routine in my book but I didnt think of it back than ... more experienced now.

By week Ten your on 30 minutes non-stop clamped and that to me is the most that many guys will need to go at.

During your clamped time dont do any exercises for your first 2 weeks as your getting conditioned to the clamping and high blood volume ... clamping is a different beast to other pe methods.

Once week three starts and your on 15 mins than you can throw in some horse squeezes, wet jelqs and whatever you fancy doing.

Monitor the penis for coldness and discolouration while clamped which you will get from time to time ... simply loosen the clamp and let the blood move around than clamp again.

and should i be stimulating at all while clamping, or just kegeling?

It depends on what you use as a wrap. I use a piece a piece of mouse pad and I'm a hair over 5 and I see 3-4 clicks left when I clamp tight. I could go with 5 left if I wanted it looser. Sorry I don't know how many clicks that is.
 
also just wondering how to avoid 'baseball bat syndrome' and i noticed that my foreskin gets really inflammed when i do 700+ jelqs.

i don't retract my foreskin while jelqing, and i'm uncut, and i don't jelq the glans, just up to it.

any tips to avoid that?
 
The medium size one.

Also when you start clamping keep kegeling all through your session and edge . Feel the head of your dick and you should feel it expand with blood each time you kegel.

I think this will also tell you that you have enough circulation going through your dick and there is lil threat of totally cutting off blood to your penis and doing it any damage. ( That's just what I think,some people may disagree)


I started off with a long warm up like 10 minutes,and I only clamped for 5 minutes per session for the first couple of weeks with a 8 minute clamp set here and there on a 1 day off one day off routine. That's all my dick could take at first. Maybe you're different and can handle the full 10 minutes.

You dick will turn red and maybe purple but that's cool just as long as your dick is not cold and you feel blood expanding your head everything you kegal.

Just make sure your dick doesn't go cold or turn black. !!!


Also since you are 4.5 in girth you should make a decent wrap, thicker then just a strip of mouse pad. IMO just a suggestion.

Well, I individually fold two pieces of paper towel length ways untill I have two long pieces that are around one inch in width.
Then I cut the paper towels into two 6 inch strips.
Then I iron out the towels with the palm untill they're flat. Then I wrap them around my base tight. Then I wrap a 6 inch strip of mouse pad around my base tight
then I slide on the clamp and adjust it to my desire.

Some guys use a piece of sock or they get creative like me and try something else to use as wrap. I tried using a sock but it didn't give me a good seal. Maybe you should try it though. See how you like it.


I clamp as close to the pubic bone as possible ,and it's funny after I'm done with a clamping work out. My base is always 1/4 thicker where I had the clamp. (temp)
I can't explaine why but it's awesome.
So maybe clamping close to the base over time makes the base thicker?

I don't have foreskin. So I can't help you with your last qestion.

so what are horse squeezes?

and would it be a good idea or not to put on a cock ring after i'm done clamping, just to keep some of the pump?
 
A horse squeezes are done erect. You clamp down on the base with your hand or cable clamp then you squeeze your penis head and hold for 15-30 secounds at a time. You can increase time as your penis get adjusted to the stress of the squeeze.
The idea if to squeeze all of the blood out of your head so you expand everything below your head. You'll know you're doing it right when your shaft inflates up and you can feel stretch.

Since you're new to clamping you shouldn't do any horses in the clamp. imo. You could hurt yourself.

Maybe try them by hand first, for a month.

Clamping and horses alone are intense and can be dangerous. Vets say that a newbie should be p'eing for atleast 5 months before clamping,and I read somewhere 2-3 months before trying Horses by hand.



I don't know @ the cock ring qestion. Try it? See if it works.
