So I had a couple rest days due to the massive amount of schoolwork I had. Oh well. Tonight it's just me vs the penis. One of us is going to die.

I hear ya man. I don't think I even have any final exams this semester, but I definitely have a bunch of final projects to do. I'm SO sick of this semester. This summer will be so much better because I'm finally getting into the classes specific to my major.

I'll go ahead and post today's gym stuff. I decided I don't like the 3x6 routine, so I'm doing kind of a 5x5. Just didn't get as much of a workout the other way.

My grandma (philadelph) told me that I'm supposed to count the bar for the weights. I was wondering why people were talking about weights with a 5 on the end! I'm thinking "where's the 2.5 lb weights?" lol

Bench press:

Lat pulldowns:

5x5 dips and chins bodyweight

DANG cyc....I should have warned you about the 2.5 lb weight plates....they're killer for your adenoids....hit those hard and you'll grow like a stumped tree... JK...

I kept seeing stuff like "even if you can only bench 135" and I was wondering where the 62.5 lb plates were (not literally). And I also thought "I'M SO WEAK!! I'm only doing 110!" But then I realized I was doing 155, so I'm at least 20 pounds better than weak. And now I'm 30 lbs better than weak. :D

Maybe that's how I should track my progress. I'm squatting 90 lbs better than weak. lol

Man I'm so stoked that the new fitness center is opening on campus...it has a five story climbing wall....which I thought was cool, but my big body ain't getting anywhere near it...I just can't wait to finally be working in a gym again, back to personal training...YAY!!

That just means I have to be a lot more strict on myself, got to look the part. I need to lean out in a big way...I say that but I may be around 20-25 lbs too heavy bf wise.
I should probably include that in my progress thread and post some pics....Hydromaxmmm there's an idea...

Boo. I had a crap workout tonight. Got up to 5 5/8" EG. I just wasn't into it, and neither was cyclops. He kept falling down on the job. Even with the funny blue pills. Oh well, tomorrow is the rematch. (BTW that green thing on my leg is my tape measure :D)

Closed the Captain of Crush #2 today! I couldn't get it closed earlier, but then I read something on the GripBoard about "seasoning" the gripper. Basically after 100 closes or so it gets seasoned, which makes it a bit easier to close (but actually the strength it's "supposed" to be, since this is where you train with it most of the time). Some guy mentioned stepping on it to close it 100 times so you can train with a seasoned gripper, so I tried it, and it closed almost like my #1! I was so glad to hear that click! :D

Much better workout tonight. Got up to 5 7/8. There's a special guest today, and it's my left arm!

Good Mornings 3x5 @ 155 (messed up on one rep and hurt my back so I didn't do any more)

I'll add more weight to the squats next week definitely, probably not the Good Mornings. I don't really care if I do or not with the calves.

Grip:
lots of closes on both #1 and #2 grippers, no real routine, just trying to compare the two

Yesterday was a rest both from Penis Enlargement and the gym. Today was a rest from Penis Enlargement because after my workout my hands were too tired, and now even though I feel like I could do a decent session, I'm too tired, so I'm going to bed in a few. Tomorrow though, Cyclops will be getting DEMOLISHED. I told him tonight to get ready to blow up to 6" EG tomorrow. He crawled inside his fledgling foreskin and trembled. He knows I mean business.

Damn cyclops now you gotta make try and beat the 6 1/8 tonight so I can stay ahead of you ! Maybe that grip training is helping you get these new big expansions? Or maybe it was the jerkoff. Whatever it is, 35 minutes to get that expansion is great. It usually takes me about an hour.
