No, only check flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed as this will reflect future gains and give you a good idea of how your length routine is working. Since length gains show up in FSBP, it is a good indicator of routines effectiveness. I also suggest that guys measure girth right after a girth workout for the same reason, we want to know we are getting expansion so checking is important.

Official measurement changes, meaning gains that have become permanent or cemented should be checked no more than once per month. This is where you will measure Bone-Pressed Erect Length, Erect Girth and Non-bone Pressed erect length (maybe a few other measurements if you are training for bigger balls, bigger head, etc.) We wait 24 hours so there are no false positives.

Yea i hadn't got a bad headache since i got a concussion last year so it was unexpected, not unbearable i just slept it off. Only got one workout in today, no more excuses though, back to twice a day everyday.

I am getting them from my bed/couch! I have to sleep on an old couch since my kids came back to stay with me, it putts my back into such a cramp that I get ridiculous headaches! I can't wait to have my apartment back and sleep in a real bed!!!!

Don't sweat it, there will be good days and there will be bad days...take them in stride. The post-pump is a bit better than last session so that is a positive.

Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing but my expansion doesn't look as impressive as it did in the beginning even though it's just about the same. I don't wanna get to the point where I want to get to 7 inch girth lol

I went 7x5 for the girthblasters on the night workout, tried to figure out how to get the expansion back to where it was a few days ago, not quite there but still productive.

Productive is good so keep up with the consistency. Maybe adjust the Girth Blaster's to favor the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or the Jelq. Maybe going heavy on one and a bit lighter on the other may prove better expansion.
 
Sounds pretty good, it could be my next routine once this one stalls out. I like the girthblaster routine mainly because the lack of fluid, how's the fluid buildup with that routine?
