No, only check flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed as this will reflect future gains and give you a good idea of how your length routine is working. Since length gains show up in FSBP, it is a good indicator of routines effectiveness. I also suggest that guys measure girth right after a girth workout for the same reason, we want to know we are getting expansion so checking is important.
Official measurement changes, meaning gains that have become permanent or cemented should be checked no more than once per month. This is where you will measure Bone-Pressed Erect Length, Erect Girth and Non-bone Pressed erect length (maybe a few other measurements if you are training for bigger balls, bigger head, etc.) We wait 24 hours so there are no false positives.
