No point in taking rest days if you don't need them. I never rested, always 7 days on no days off. I like the idea of getting in as much pe as I can.

Idk what measurement protocol is but since I didn't do anything at night and I'll be at work till 4pm I figure I'll just measure when I get off. The adc might skew the results but I don't plan on taking it off for months so I'm fine with that.

To measure for permanent, cemented gains do no Penis Enlargement for 24 hours before an official measurement. Be sure EQ is at it's best or the measurement does not count. You need to be 100% erect to get a 100% accurate measurement. I think that girth should be measured after each workout just to keep a loose eye on expansion but an official measurement should follow the above protocol.
 
New measurement pic, over 24hours since last workout. Looks like I've made a little progress in this month, bout 1/8 even though it could still be expansion from yesterday since i adc, but i really don't care. Progress is progress!

I tell guys it is ok to measure girth and flaccid stretched, bone-pressed after a workout just to be sure things are coming along but an official measurement should take place 24 hours after last workout. You want to be sure you are measuring real gains and not temporary.
