Funny, I was talking with my therapist about this today and she wholeheartedly agrees. We made the comparison to an overweight person who has been that way their entire life then all of a sudden they lose the weight and even though they have gotten to the goal weight they desire it makes no difference because they can not see it. As the body evolves so the mind should run abreast.

Ya i know what you mean DLD i look at that with my muscle tone as well. Ive always been somewhat muscular but i started hitting the gym about 4 months ago and i looked at old pics of myself and looked at myself now and said "wow i really have gotten more built". its just so weird.

And also i used to be 6.8 NBPEL and i measured today and i am about 7.2 which was pretty much by BPEL a few months back! I am going to change my goal from reaching 8" BPEL to reaching 8" NBPEL by the end of July of 2016! Its gonna be a long journey but i believe in myself that i can do it! Cant wait to see some more gains!

Ya man I lost a little bit of fat on my fat pad and gained about .3" and ya now I'm 7.2" npbel!!! I'm stoked and can't wait for more gains to come!
 
Kegels will help with nbpel measurements. It's slow going but it does burn fat in the pelvic area. There's also the traditional stuff like leg lifts or squats but kegels literally target that whole area.

It is so awesome when that fat pad melts away. I am down to an inch on my fat pad down from over 2" so I feel super good. I can get it down to a 1/4" but that is at a body weight of 145, which is far to skinny, so I am shooting for 175 and 1/2" pad, I will be satisfied with that. But, 6 months ago, when I got out of the hospital I looked fat and I lost so much flaccid size, so much! Being able to see the length come back is so exciting.

Ya DLD I'm at about .75" fat pad give or take and i want to get it to about .25" or .5" by cutting hard and going hard at the gym!! Hoping to get that 8" NBPEL by mid summer lets get it!!! Also, do you have any tips for gaining flaccid length? My flaccid length isn't gaining really and i really want to gain some flaccid length.

Flaccid length just takes constant training. Just takes time and consistency. But it's not nearly as tough to gaining erect size.
 
I think flaccid gains are an interesting part of PE,if we are going to take our pants down they are going to see a nice n long Dick..

A long n flaccid penis looks better than a turtled penis...i hate turtling.

I hate the turtle too. What changed my flaccid length to remain longer was [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s Strap, I practiced this until my penis was trained to remain elongated. Another great thing to help with flaccid size is the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch.

As we speak I'm doing the lazy ass stretch cause I'm too lazy to put on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] right now lol. How long should it take to get it to the point where it is almost always elongated with not much turtling??

I was saying flaccid is way less uncomfortable to train. You don't need to do high tension or anything. Just keep it elongated. Anything you can do to rig your flaccid to be longer will do. Erect length gains I found very unpleasant to get because you have to use a ton of tension and I have foreskin to battle. Suffice to say I'm glad that's over.

It takes much time to accomplish this so do not become discouraged early and stop. For me it took about a year of training each day to have my flaccid size become very close to my erect size. The idea here is teaching the penis to remain elongated.

Yea. If you stop it reverts faster than erect gains in my experience. I trained mine for about 4 months in the past and had it go straight back down in a matter of days because my methods were extremely passive and really probably needed to be done for a couple years with consistency to be cemented properly.

But like I said, you can use extremely easy passive methods to get it done. It's painless but time consuming. All in all I was stupid to stop, because I'd probably have a bp 7 flaccid right now if I had just followed through. Live and learn, and try to take advantage of other's experience when you can.

Ok I see. Does flaccid work also help with erect gains? Cause lately I Havnt had much time to do long length sessions, I just do a short 10 minute session then stay in the wrap for about 6 hours.
