it seems to me like a lot of you switch from that routine way before you gain 2 inches? and start doing real advanced stuff

i am still on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]..........and i dont think i will ever switch to the advanced ...see my dick is 7.5 inches in length.....once its 9.5...i will be soooooo happy.......

I started to do some more advanced stuff, but then I was like... wtf am I doing

So now I'm back on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] except I try to intensify it a little bit since I have too much time to kill :-)

So like I'll do 1000 Jelq's (I don't actually count) instead of 600, and I'll stretch for 50 seconds instead of 30, stuff like that

I figure, it can't hurt to do a little extra right?
 
I think there's a mentality where you believe that the more advanced exercises you do the faster you will gain. I believe this stems from seeing the penis as a muscle to be flexed rather than something to be stretched.

But whatever floats your boat. I know I jumped around for a bit before settling down and sticking with a set routine.
 
i was also thinking this driver...dld said he gain nearly 2" in 6 mths...but the current routine says the minimum is 6 weeks...i guess some people feel like they made enough progress to tackle the more difficult exercises...i know i train pretty hard...but i still feel like i need more than 6 weeks on the phase 1...so i plan to do it for atleast another 6 weeks....i am in no rush

Exactly, DLD. If you didn't say that then I was going to.

Not everyone can gain 2 inches on just the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie routine[/words]. DLD has some freaky gains, and they are unmatched as far as I know in the Penis Enlargement world. Girth gains stopped for me pretty quickly on Phase 1 so I moved to constrictors. They're working great. But whenever I work length I still do Phase 1 stretches, plus some bundled V stretches. They work well for me still, so I'm not changing that part of my routine.

Use what works for you, and throw out the rest. (paraphrased Bruce Lee quote)
 
I did the newbie for 6 weeks. Gained some and then went on to Phase II. Gained some more, but decided to go back to Phase I and that's where I am now.

You can usually tell through intervaled measurement of FBPSL. Growth usually shows up on this measurement first, and after a few weeks if you see no growth with this measurement try the next phase and see if it progresses at all.

would i gain more or less than some older guys because im turning 19 in 5 months and im pretty sure im still in my late pubert stages
 
really, DLD's phase 1 is pretty hard. there's A LOT of stretching (that's where those 2" came from). simple? yes. easy? no. if you took the stretch routine, added some hard girth work, and some tunica stretching, you'd have a pretty advanced routine imo

i went straight into phase 2, phase one is too old school, and as dld said "its works but its slow" so why should i waste my time on a routine which is slow, when the first 6 months of any routine when first staring out will yield me the greatest results?
 
I would gladly stick to any routine that would give me 2 inches in 6 months, even a year or two.
Ive gone back to basics, and Im inspired after reading this thread. hopefully I can gain again after a long plateau with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words],

I already have a logbook ready with my starting stats and routine ect..
This time its for real, i give it 3months, and if i dont se any gains, then i dont know what to do.. well the only thing i need now is some baby powder, gonna pick it up this weekend do..

How long should the routine take? - imean all those stretches x 3 its alot in my mind ( im fresh do rofl)
and how many minutes is 600jelq apx?
I get cofused and tend to lack the teqniuqe when im countin reps.

and is it okay to do the stretches after school with warm up and downs..
and the the jelq, kegel and ball massage at nigth? with warm up and downs?

I sorry for the many questions and the bad english, but im danish and desparet. I been in the game for 8month. with no real gains.
so now im so hooked, and im going to do the routine 5days on 2days off, maybe I'll do the stretches saturdays also - i think its hard to overdo stretches..

There are a bunch of things here:

being impatient
being unmotivated
being busy

Those 3 are the deadliest gain killers in Penis Enlargement. Even one of those traits will kill off your Penis Enlargement. I think guys gotta attack these things and eliminate them.

I have a few questions. I just started the newbie exercise, but I was wondering if you could split the routine up throughout the day. I don't have 30 mins to do the stretches and the jelqs together. I've been actually doing the jelqs in the shower and doing the stretches before bed. Is that ok or is there a procedure that has to be followed. BTW, when I stretch up and side to side no matter how hard I tug I don't feel that much but when I stretch straight down I feel everything. Is that normal?
 
When you are stretching down and beyond (behind the cheeks) you are stretching the ligament beyond its longest "set size", this is where you will really feel the stretch. Stretches that are based in the forward model, up, out, are centered more to tunica gains in length rather than ligamental gains.

If I'm not mistaken DLD edited that post to replace the 2 sets to 3 sets, hence 3 sets being the new version, so that's what I'm doing at least.

You can do the identical routine using jelqs instead of Slow Squash Jelqs.
