Hey guys haven't been around for a few weeks. Been slacking on pe, been into bodybuilding again more. But I have just started back up and am going with hanging for the first time this week. Still takin tb500 AndI'm thinking its effects will be even more aparent with my new routine of hanging and xsleeve all day long. Haven't measured in a while but I have only been doing enough to maintain for the last month or so. I'm back at it harder then ever now as of 4/2

DLD, tb-500 will not be effective orally, regardless of dose. Peptides such as this are degraded rapidly and easily in the GI tract via abundant peptidases. Your GI tract is made to degrade proteins and peptides since we are carnivores, its part of our evolutionary design. As far as transdermal delivery, tb-500 as it is sold will not be effective. It is a small enough molecule but that is not the obstacle in this case. To be viable for transdermal delivery, a drug must be somewhat lipophilic to penetrate membranes but also have some aqueous solubility. Tb-500 is too water soluble (it will not partition out of the aqueous layer between cells of the stratum corneum if you could somehow get it there) and it is not lipophilic so it will not even penetrate the top layer. There are almost no peptide drugs that are delivered any other way than injection for these reasons. That being said, some peptides have been developed/altered to allow other methods of delivery, but these are few and far between and require chemical modification that will enhance delivery/bioavailability without affecting efficacy. And none have been successfully delivered orally, to my knowledge. The closest thing would be buccal delivery of peptides, which has been done but it still requires chemical modification. Sorry for all the science but this is my area of expertise!

There are quite a few studies that show micro-needling can deliver some hydrophilic substances transdermally. One study I just read showed that insulin delivered by micro-needles intradermally had greater absorption and faster uptake than when administered subcutaneously via injection.
For those of you unfamiliar with micro-needling, think "dermaroller." You can buy these micro-needle rollers for as little as $15.00. Since the top layer of skin (stratum corneum) is the main obstacle, a roller with needles between .2-.5 mm could easily penetrate this layer and would be completely painless (However, I believe the micro needles used in the insulin study were 1.0 mm). While I'm not completely certain this would work, there are some studies that definitely support this. I was thinking about possibly trying this with TB-500.

Target, I initially had the same thought about microneedle delivery. There is a microneedle delivery insulin approved for use in Europe somewhere, I believe. But the problem is as follows: microneedle delivery (if feasible) will achieve systemic delivery the same as an injection, it's basically a pain free alternative, but for our purposes, do we need the TB-500 to work systemically or locally? The microneedles deliver the drug to the vascular epidermis where the drug is "picked up" in the blood, so it's essentially the same as injecting it subcutaneously in the abdomen or anywhere else, the end result is the same, systemic delivery, not necessarily local delivery. Like the insulin you read about, it would not work to lower blood sugar if the delivery did not achieve systemic circulation. The reason the insulin had faster uptake transdermally than subcutaneously is because the adipose tissue is not very vascular compared to the epidermis, so transdermal delivery reaches systemic circulation faster that subcutaneous delivery. The question is, does TB-500 in systemic circulation serve our purposes for Penis Enlargement? I don't know enough about TB-500 to guess about this. I know Snake injects into the CC and clamps off in the hopes that he will maximize exposure to the receptors locally before going systemic, but there is a whole lot involved in drug/receptor binding (I'll spare everyone the details) that needs to be taken into consideration for his theory to be sound, and I'm not saying that is isn't, only that I don't know. Snake, I'm not questioning your work, you're a pioneer and we need more like you! I'll try to learn more about TB-500 to see if I can shed some light on how it might be best implemented for Penis Enlargement purposes. In the meantime, keep up the innovative thinking Target, it's inspirational!

I originally took it because I was having extreme pain in my knees when doing squats. I also happened to start using [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] at the same time. So looking back at how much I gained from just a couple hours a day of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] I was guessing that maybe the tb500 helped with the connective tissue in the penis as well as help my knees. I've just started hanging now so I'm hoping that the tb500 will help with this. But it's only been a week so far.
I'd be willing to bet that the TB-500 had a lot to do with your gains. I think it would difficult, if not impossible, to gain an inch in 6 months from just wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] three hours a day.
Since you're just starting back on the TB-500, what is your dosing routine? 2 mg. per week for 5-6 weeks and then one maintenance dose every month? How large of a maintenance dose will you take and how long (months) will you keep it up?

You inject it daily weekly for 4 weeks. Then you start injecting it monthly. I believe each injection is 2ml of tb-4.doublelongdaddy;544428 said:
