Got a new cardio program,pretty intense shit,i use an app called "freeletics" on my phone,it's a fitness app,bodyweight exercises only.You just add your gender,how fit you are ( super fit,average,not that fit,etc ) and what's your goal : add muscle mass,get leaner etc,and the app will generate a routine for you + it has a ton of advanced routines for later on.My current routine is :

-30 situps
-30 squats
-50 jumping jacks
-30 sec rest

-20 climbers

Really cool routine,starting off hard,and getting easier later on.It takes only 10 min and it's very intense,even if it doesn't look like it.Diet going also well,eating a lot of veggies and fruits,lean meat,tea :)

Height increase

Got some stretches in the morning,before i go to sleep i will hang 5 min from a bar and do another set of stretches.I will make sure i get at least 8 h of sleep with no pillow.My posture is not that great,maybe i can get another 0.5" to make it to 5'8 .5'11 seems far away but i have hope.

Did another 300 jelqs + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] late at night into two sets ( 150 + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] x2 ).I can see my dick getting bigger with my naked eye.Idk if my EQ got better or the blood flow improved,but i can see a 0.25" gain in both length and gain atm.My EQ is getting better also.

Diet going well,no cardio today , i was at work until 10 at night,but i walked a lot.I got like 2 h of walking i think.

Getting taller

Got some stretches in the morning.Gotta follow a serious program if i want to gain some height.

Yea, random anything isn't really going to cut it. Your body will correct pretty much anything that happens to it sparingly. It takes an unrelenting approach to get the point across. Kinda like a shitty dog that won't stay where you tell him. Gotta keep putting him back until he fucking stays where you put him.

The guy who wrote this pdf book claimed that he grew from 5'8 to 6'2 or 6'3 in a few months.Idk if he's lying or not,but i grew 1+ inch in the past using this book.If i get another 1 inch i'd be happy.

Back to work after a few months of break.

Current routine :

Morning/afternoon : 2 sets of hanging x 4.5 lbs

Evening/Night : 2 sets of hanging x 4.5 lbs
2 sets of manual stretching
100 jelqs
Testicle health massage + balls jelqing + 100 kegels ( for now )

Current size : 6.75x5.75 . Lost a bit of size but i'm going to get it back no problem :)

Goal : Anything in the range of 9x6 to 9.5x6.5 . When i get there i will see.

I've been doing this routine for the last 3-4 days and i feel awesome .

I will update with my workout today later at night.

Rest day : Light hanging + jelqing

I have read kingsnake progress thread and found some very interesting things.

So basically on my heavy training days I’m up to tunica hanging 15 pounds for 4 sets split into 2 sets in the AM and 2 sets in the evening. On my active rest days I’m only hanging 5 pounds to give my penis a break while keeping the micro tears open and extended to encourage healing in that state.

At first I was hanging heavy every day but got slightly injured with a small tear or strain at the left underside of my penis near the base. Then after heavy research on plastic deformation of connective tissues, I discovered that tissues that have been stretched in the plastic range during stretch therapy sessions require 24 to 48 hours of recovery for the tissues to go through the inflammatory phase then the remodeling phase.

In my opinion keeping the tissues in a constant inflamed state will lead to injury. Especially when your not in your 20s anymore. Back in my 20s I was hanging heavy everyday with no ill effects but now at the age of 30, I don’t recover as fast. So now with hanging, I do my heavy sessions every other day with a day of rest in between sessions. On my rest days I only doing 2 light hanging sets with 5 pounds to keep the micro tears open while the inflammatory phase and remodeling take place before the next heavy hanging session with my training weight being 15 pounds currently.

I always feel like i'm going to hurt myself while hanging,i think my dick is not used to hanging.I also feel like i don't have enough time to recover.I do 2 sessions of PE a day,one in the afternoon ( around 1-2 ) and the second one in the evening/night ( let's say around 10 ).I put a lot of stress on my dick and i have no time to heal.I barely have 12-13 h between sessions and i feel that's not enough.I also have this light pain that i feel in my dick.I also think this is because i don't give it enough time to rest.

My plan is have one intense training day,followed by a light training day aka rest day.In the " rest day " i will do light hanging ( or light stretching if i feel like it ) and jelqing.Nothing fancy,a quick 30 min routine should be enough.

Yestarday i had a rest day,so today i hit it hard.

I'm not going to take days off anymore,they are not as productive as i thought they would be.From now on i will train every day.I can see huge length gains coming my way from the DLD blasters combined with hanging.I get an amazing flaccid after DLD blasters,about 1" increase.

Penis enlargement is in many ways life body building but in this sense it is exactly like body building. Any loss in size, that was not completely cemented, can be recaptured almost immediately upon training again. I attune this to Muscle Memory in BB.

Not the end of the world missing a day, you more than made up for it today. There actually is no issue with taking a day off or maybe for some even 2. Where days off become a problem is when they become permanent. This is why it is so important to get a workout in at least every two days, preferably everyday.

When I was actively gaining I was doing PE all day, everyday. I managed to fill the entire day with PE. you had plenty of time to do research,try the exercises to see if they did work,stretching,pulling,squeezing,twisting,bending,...n yeah you did it D you achieved your goals...

back in the day i had a bit more of time didnt have that much to do (apparently), now i only can spend an hour sometimes a bit less sometimes a bit more.luckily as you have mentioned beforee i have the PF and i can wear it when im not doing active PE..gains in any way are welcome!!
