Forgot to mention , i added 5 min of erect stretching and 5 min of manual expressive stretching at the end of my routine.I really like erect stretching,i feel something different.

PSS:Got a good length workout.Bundles + Basic manual stretching + expressive stretching..kinda changed my goal...i realised i'm already kinda big , and i don't want to be too big for sex..i would love to have nice sex,not have sex where my partener is complaining about pain and shit..the classic 8x6 suits me very well...i'm a short guy and a 8 incher on me would look huge.Diet is going well,i look in the mirror and i can see my belly fat is going down.
