You have to convince yourself that climax is less important than the progress you're trying to make. There's a lot of physiological reactions happening that seem irresistible, but it boils down to willpower. If you blow the routine then you wanted to. Or you at least wanted to more than you wanted to not. If you can work that out you will eventually be able to exercise that mentality during sex. This is, of course, based on my experience, but I don't think the concept is wrong.

You have to want long term goals more than instant gratification.

No PE yestarday but i killed my length today

Got the " insanity " workout as well as a meal plan.For the next 2 months,i will train as hard as i can and stay away from bad food.Time to get rid of the bellyfat and the fatpad once and for all..i will post pictures before and after on 4-5 december.
