What's your difference between bp and nbp? I am between 1.5 to 2.5 depending on how I'm sitting/standing.

About 5 min a day , my gap between stretches flaccid length and erect length is not that big,so i'm not putting a lot of time into erect stretching..with time if my EQ will get better i will add more time.

i think if you have spent more than 15 mins you have paid the fee LOL i do spend 40 mins to an hour maybe a bit more n i get exhausted..you are doing right.;)

I agree, his workout was a great routine. Most men spend less than an hour a day doing PE.
