I'm back.Kinda.I will transform my progress thread in a mega-progress thread.I know some of my " goals " are not related to PE,but i want to put them in this thread so after 1-2 years i can look back and see where i started

2016 goals
-Reach my goal of 8x7 : I only need 1" in both length and girth ( or something like 1.25" i think i shrinked a bit since i stopped doing any kind of PE )
-Increase my height to 5'10 - 5'11 : I saw some grow taller progress threads around here so i thought i might give it a chance.I successfully incresed my height last year from 5'6 to 5'7 1/2 in a short period of time by improving my posture,but i have stopped any kind of grow taller exercises.I'm still young so i would say i still have chances to grow naturally.Adding some posture exercises i'm sure i will increase my height in the future.
-Getting leaner and more muscular ( with bodyweight exercises / calisthenics ) [ No point in wasting money and time in the gym when i have a pull up bar in my yard ]

My EQ is still bad,better than before but still bad.I started to avoid adult entertainment today,and masturbation.I only edge at pictures of hot women ( mostly dressed ,some naked but not that many ).I'm pretty sure the cause of my weak erections is too much adult entertainment and masturbation.I have no trouble getting hard at work around hot women when my mind is starting to fantasize around.Watching too much adult entertainment just destroyed my brain rofl .I also started to kegels more frequently around the day.I hope my PC muscle will get stronger.
I would guess i would hit the 8x7 and cement it by the end of 2016.It might be sooner,who knows.
2)Increase my height to 5'10 - 5'11
My short height didn't really bothered me,i wouldn't mind staying this way,but it would be great to gain 2-3 inches in height too.
My whole family is basically a gnom-familly.Everyone is short.The tallest person in my familly is my father,around 5'7-5'8.Mom,grandparents,uncles,every one of them are in the 5'-5'6 area.I'm 5'8 (173 cm ) in the morning,and 5'7 1/2 ( 171 cm) during the day.I don't know if genetically speaking,i have any more chances to grow taller naturally,but i heard so many stories of 5'7 parents and 6'3 kids,so i still have hope.5'10 is not that far.
Every morning and night , before and after bed i will do this set of exercises :

I will hang from a bar daily ( starting with a few minutes,increasing the time later on
I will sleep with no pillow , that way i will keep my neck and spine straight without any curvature ( bad posture ).I will eat clean,sleep more,drink enough water,etc,etc the classic stuff.Maybe i will push my body a bit further and get a small growth spurt.
I will take a calcium supplement and eat more calcium / vitamin D food ( for bones of course )
I will listen to Binaural Beats while sleeping .This is basically just a weird sound,some scientists said that it will activate some part of your brain,and while you're asleep you will release more growth hormone than usual.I heard a lot of good things about those "sounds" , i'm giving it a try.Nothing to loose.
I will try to do high intensity exercises for a short period of time ( like sprints for exemple ) : Proved by science,those types of exercises will increase the growth hormone release.

What type of body do i want?LIKE SHANE DIESEL THE KING
Dunno if you noticed but my 3 goals are basically similar to Shane Diesel.I want about the same penis size as Shane,same height and same body.I'm kinda obsessed with him ( no homo ).That body will be very hard to achieve,Shane was a bodybuilder for some good time,now he's a personal trainer,but i'm motivated to look like him.Another body goal would be Mike Tyson.Very similar to Shane.About the same height and the same body type.Very strong , big and heavy but without being fat.Shane's not the leanest guy,but his abs are quite visible.My genetic will help me here a lot,i gain muscle very easily,so getting big would be no problem for me,just train hard and eat a lot.Staying lean on the other side will be a problem.I don't want ripped abs like Lazar Angelov,but i don't want no gut either.I would say around 15 % bodyfat.I lost some good pounds since i got the new job.I don't have time to eat junk food and i do a lot of exercises,especially walking.I walking around 2-3 hours daily,not counting other exercises.
Diet :I just try to eat healthier,do more cardio and eat less.I don't have the patience and time to count calories or to eat frequent meals.
Those are pretty much my goals : By the end of 2016 i want to achieve them all
