Back to work after a few months of break.

Current routine :

Morning/afternoon : 2 sets of hanging x 4.5 lbs

Evening/Night : 2 sets of hanging x 4.5 lbs
2 sets of manual stretching
100 jelqs
Testicle health massage + balls jelqing + 100 kegels ( for now )

Current size : 6.75x5.75 . Lost a bit of size but i'm going to get it back no problem :)

Goal : Anything in the range of 9x6 to 9.5x6.5 . When i get there i will see.

I've been doing this routine for the last 3-4 days and i feel awesome .

I will update with my workout today later at night.

Rest day : Light hanging + jelqing

I have read kingsnake progress thread and found some very interesting things.

So basically on my heavy training days I’m up to tunica hanging 15 pounds for 4 sets split into 2 sets in the AM and 2 sets in the evening. On my active rest days I’m only hanging 5 pounds to give my penis a break while keeping the micro tears open and extended to encourage healing in that state.

At first I was hanging heavy every day but got slightly injured with a small tear or strain at the left underside of my penis near the base. Then after heavy research on plastic deformation of connective tissues, I discovered that tissues that have been stretched in the plastic range during stretch therapy sessions require 24 to 48 hours of recovery for the tissues to go through the inflammatory phase then the remodeling phase.

In my opinion keeping the tissues in a constant inflamed state will lead to injury. Especially when your not in your 20s anymore. Back in my 20s I was hanging heavy everyday with no ill effects but now at the age of 30, I don’t recover as fast. So now with hanging, I do my heavy sessions every other day with a day of rest in between sessions. On my rest days I only doing 2 light hanging sets with 5 pounds to keep the micro tears open while the inflammatory phase and remodeling take place before the next heavy hanging session with my training weight being 15 pounds currently.

I always feel like i'm going to hurt myself while hanging,i think my dick is not used to hanging.I also feel like i don't have enough time to recover.I do 2 sessions of PE a day,one in the afternoon ( around 1-2 ) and the second one in the evening/night ( let's say around 10 ).I put a lot of stress on my dick and i have no time to heal.I barely have 12-13 h between sessions and i feel that's not enough.I also have this light pain that i feel in my dick.I also think this is because i don't give it enough time to rest.

My plan is have one intense training day,followed by a light training day aka rest day.In the " rest day " i will do light hanging ( or light stretching if i feel like it ) and jelqing.Nothing fancy,a quick 30 min routine should be enough.

Yestarday i had a rest day,so today i hit it hard.

I had some gains with the DLD blasters in the past so i hope this exercise will help me again.I crave length so much,i gain length pretty damn hard and i need at least 2" of length to be happy :)

This sounds incredible! So happy you put all the work into creating this using information that men have worked so hard to make available. That is what the Brotherhood is about! I also love that you love DLD Blasters! :)

I'm not going to take days off anymore,they are not as productive as i thought they would be.From now on i will train every day.I can see huge length gains coming my way from the DLD blasters combined with hanging.I get an amazing flaccid after DLD blasters,about 1" increase.

I lost some size, im 6.75" compared to 7" when i doing PE.In the time frame where i was doing no PE and living a bad lifestyle i lost 0.25" in length.Damn.Hope i will hit 7" and go beyond that.I'm really motivated to gain cuz i met this chick on tinder and i might have a date soon..been 3 years since i had a girlfriend and some company from a lady is exactly what i need now.

Penis enlargement is in many ways life body building but in this sense it is exactly like body building. Any loss in size, that was not completely cemented, can be recaptured almost immediately upon training again. I attune this to Muscle Memory in BB.

Not the end of the world missing a day, you more than made up for it today. There actually is no issue with taking a day off or maybe for some even 2. Where days off become a problem is when they become permanent. This is why it is so important to get a workout in at least every two days, preferably everyday.
