Fuck me... at the half of the first insanity workout,i passed out..i'm so out of shape..guess i have to do some light cardio for 1-2 weeks to get in shape before i jump into insanity...at this rate,i can barely do the first 10 min of the workout.

Is that the crazy aerobic work out they have infomercials for? That shit should crush your fat altogether if you stick with it. I definitely need to get rid of my own fat pad so I can actually see more than 75% of my own size. Between boosting your size and losing the fat it wouldn't be hard to imagine winding up in a place where shipping your dick out to take a piss should just give you a shit eating grin.

What's your difference between bp and nbp? I am between 1.5 to 2.5 depending on how I'm sitting/standing.
