My personal experience is watch tons of adult entertainment and edge as much as you can and that will have you lasting longer than most. When I got serious about kegels two things happened. The first was I made a muscle I wasn't really used to needing to use getting extremely strong and much harder to control. The second was learning how to control it. Now I can literally power through an orgasm with a reverse kegel and stop when I'm damn well ready.
