Oh yeah. It's the bunching up of the skin at the head when I pull the wench that's causing it, I think. The foreskin gets quite blackish after a few good pulls, so I release the clamp and get the blood flowing again, then resume. For a day or so afterward, the foreskin will be sore when I pull it down the shaft when get a hard-on. I wait for that to go away, then resume my regimen.

Needless to say, this is a bitch. Does anyone have any skin cream they'd recommend? Bag Balm perhaps?
 
I found everything at Walmart, and was able to build it in about 20 minutes or so. I've got "0" aptitude when it comes to building/making things, so if I can do it, anybody can do it.
 
I encourage you to try to get the supplies and build one yourself. Doing so will make it easier to do the inevitable repairs; from my experience, the adhesive on the grippers begin to slip after a month or so of use at weights approaching 10 lbs and will need to be replaced.

eveyone wants to have the Pefect size but you have to know that this shit is an invesment and takes time what ever ideas are out there is only cuzz eveyone is here to help each other out plus its the perfect invirment to get results

whoa I just made one and have a bunch left over.

Only thing different is I used cotton hand wraps (boxing) instead of nylon. I coudlnt' find any and everyone kept asking me what i wanted to use it for. And I didn't want to say I'm making a Penis Enlargement device. haha

I have alot of extra materials left. I can probably make like 4 more of these guys
 
Just as a question to the masses, Whats the most weight, that any of you guys that are using the wrench as a hanging device, have hung? i guess i'm trying to find that threshold between maximum weight hanging and where the device can no longer accommodate the stress, if at all. Great device. Thanks for the info in advance.
 
I with the rest of the boyz here...I been using one of these and love it! I haven't gone over 10 pounds with it....wondering if anyone is hanging big weight off these?
 
Well going through some of my logs I see I had one 5 minute hang of 14 pounds in between my sessions of 12 1/2 and 10 pounds. I may have done more but that's the highest I have documented. I'll keep looking...
 
Does it feel okay when hanging 10lbs or more with this device? looks such a simple yet effective tool. Surprising really more haven't made one, myself incl. If this could handle 20lbs or so than I would use it.

First product on that page. For everyone having trouble finding this shit at wal-mart(myself included). Obviously more expensive than self-made but it comes with theraband and seems more stable as well.

Note: I am still waiting to order this. I have not had any experience with this site or products. I will be soon hopefully.
 
Cool, nothing wrong with having someone else make something and sell it if others can't get it right on their own. I personally still feel the original home made BIB hangers are better based on experiences with making/trying out the wench.
 
I've just build one of this tonigth, cool project, and very inexpensive,4' velcro $8.50,6x4 grippers $3.60, 1 med. clamp. $2.50 Nylon wrap $0 Recycled from old backpack, and as stated above can make 3 more. :)
Question: Is the device washer friendly or hand wash?
 
This device can not be more comftable, i'm using it as a stretcher for now (while typing this post) :) I did different lengths, and the one it's the best for me is the 38", while sitting i wrap under heel to generate the most intense pull so far in my 8th month carrer.
Guys got to try it!

Off to wallyworld I go, and I'll see how much hanging weight it can take, while using 2 cable clamps.

The new velcro needs to be broken in more, but I am comfortably hanging 12.5lbs, w/ 1 cable clamp , comforably, w/ the 1" wide CW w/ a coban wrap. It is soo friggin comfortable!
I am certain I will be able to hang 20+ lbs from this in another few days.
