I have the standard [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words], both modded and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] will accommodate a tad over 7.5" for girth and my model came with an inner sleeve (removable) that extends just past the gaitor. The sleeve also adds about 3/4" to the length of the tube...very comfy even at max pressure
 
Yes, the inned removable sleeve in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] probably helps alot and you never get gaitor bite.
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] dont have that, neither doed [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words].

Damn bro, how do you extend for 11hrs? I can barley do 5 hours a day before my dick and skin tells me to stop. lol And congrats on the new length gains. 7.5 may sound big, but never looks it ha

I always thought that both [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] come with the sleeve, but maybe it's just the XX40.
One reason I prefer it and will get that one once I outgrow my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words], or ideal XX50 :).

I do the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] mod so attachment isnt problem, takes 10 second to take ON/OFF.
Dick and skin tells me to stop every 1,5 - 2hrs, thats where I do manual stretching for about 5minutes, then again attach [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and can go another 2 hrs and so on.

Stretched healing I do over night [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] only, so the dick is stretched but not intese.
When Im in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I go for most intensity possible whole 11hrs and believe me my dick feels the intensity.

About the big/not big its all in your head pretty much. When Im not in good mood PEwise I look at it thinking its maybe even smaller than before PE.
On a good day I look and think how the fuck did I get such huge dick (+ get comments from wife how its already too big and painful to her).... all mind games.

Somehow when wife tells me its already too big and painful for her and she wants me to stop => I get the most motivation to go further and further, intense and go for 10x7 lol
