Maybe second tye will cut through today ? Who knows.

It is always good to occupy your mind when doing long exercises. Movies are great and you can completely lose yourself in time and before you know it you have 2 hours of training without much thought.

So true, exactly why I do it. I get so much PE done without even thinking about it.

Silly question but what are the benefits of watching a movie in a bundled stretch? How does it differ from the 10 min bundled warm up stretch

Not sure what you mean ? When I do this I dont just bundle my penis and leave it, I perform pretty intense stretches throughout the whole time. I dont stop.

I've never heard anyone do that. Bigbeard is revolutionising pe in my opinion

I get inspiration from others. There are many crazy routines on this forum bro. Ive seen guys doing 4hrs/day manual stretches here (2hrs session 2x a day) and then [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] rest of the day.

My frenulum suffered an injury back in september. Hyrdocortisone helped, so did stretching the foreskin. Usually it injures because the dick grows at a faster rate than the skin

Frenulum healing goes well, after its healed Im gonna add [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] 2x a day and PF at least 8hrs/day.

Was not a good idea, little bleeding, I probably made the healing process last longer.
