Thanks Mike I did alot of preparation and read about the whole proccess for about 2 weeks and concult some stuff with urologist as well.
Decided to do it this way, after lots of thiinking this I consider to be the best option.

Frenulum is tied, everything is clean and safe, did it close to glans and I will have to se of more ties are needed, probably yes.
Wife is pretty excited about the process too. Thats good.

As DLD says, keep yourself safe, you're too big of an asset to be placed on 'injured reserve' for too long

mmm i wouldnt dare to do that...sounds great cause it would allow the penis to get bigger in a faster way.....but i dont know thats something you got to do really carefully...

I figured if I do this now, it wont ever give me any problem in future and will allow me to get better PE gains.
No real reason to wait.

Everything very lightly just to keep things going. My frenulum is tied, today is 2nd day and everything goes well.
No pain, sea salt soaks 3-4x a day, keeping everything clean, healing cream all day long on the spot.

I will only do length work during the frenulum tying, no girth work as that would only slow everything and would be possibly dangerous.

I fill the silicone sleeve with healing cream so around the frenulum tied there is always this cream (slippery and takes time to set it all up, but OK).

Today I had it on for about 3hrs so far and I really believe this is helping the whole frenulum tying process.

That's great. It's like my dry skin on the edge of my glans. I peeled off a good little piece and it swelled up and hurt all the time. I put Vaseline or hydrocortisone on and wrap with athletes pre-wrap before putting on the PF. It helped and didn't hurt. I'm all healed but I didn't ever think it would work. Guess we both know now haha.

You should stay off PE for now.
 
Maybe tru, but cannot do. I love PE and have to do something every day.
I think it is benefitial the way I only do stretching now at the middle or at base (so i dont toiuch the frenulumú and with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] I use healing cream in the sleeve.
 
yep even when there are somedays that motivation is almost zero i just grab my penis n have an erect stretching session or something..
 
The reason why bigbeardbig have so much zeal to do PE is because his woman is in support of it. I once had a girl who I told about PE last year and she was very happy to see me.
