Good news, I order some new PE gear the other day!
I'm replacing my Jes Extender with the Stealth Stretcher set, and I also ordered some extra SiliSleeves for better stretched healing as well ;)

I'm super excited to try out the SiliSleeves, that was one thing I've wanted since hearing about them :) That said should be a good time!
The package has already arrived in my country just gotta wait for it to get to my place.

It's been delivered to my local post shop, but is closed today :/ so i'll have to hope that tomorrow they sort my parcel into my PrivateBox.

No routine for the StealthStretcher yet, BUT I do work from home and I am at home pretty much 24/7. Till around 5/6 when my flat mates and partner get home. So I have free reign to pretty much do whatever training I can till then. Even then, I can probably wear the StealthStretcher and Silisleeves when people are home ;) I also have a pretty private desk area in my office so it's easy for me to adjust my gear without people seeing.

What would you recommend I do for the routine?
I'll be using: Bathmate HydroMax Xtreme X40 + StealthStretcher + Silisleeves + Manual Stretches.

Currently, I have been focusing on girthwork mostly + cranks, till I could afford to upgrade my stretcher (also need to work Jelqing back into it my routine)
I've been using my HydroMax X40 Xtreme (VacuVin mod) with water/air 5-6 days a week, sometimes twice a day depending how fatigued I am between, love that thing it has helped me gain a bit of girth.

Routine wise: Correct me if I'm wrong but, would it be best to do Pumping one day then Stretch the next and so on? To avoid any water retention pulling. So It would look like: Stretching 1 day, Girth work 1 day, repeating for the week. For each i have 1 day off to recover (while wearing the silistretchers in between days)

If there's a better Routine I should do lemme know :)

2020 is gonna be the year.
 
I should also mention, I'll be hanging with the Stealth Stretcher attachment.

Since I'm overseas I had to ask MOS Shop to remove the weights for postage costs etc, But i'm hoping they left the empty weight arbor + carabiner thing in my order so I can add my own weights to it.

Otherwise I'll have to head to the local department store to throw one together.

I like the routine my brother there could be a few things added that may help. I would start every routine doing a set of bundled stretches to pre-stretch your Tunica so you’re able to take up much more growth. I also suggest you do erect stretching once or twice a week for 5 to 10 minutes. This will close the gap between your EBL and FSBL. Lastly I would include expressive stretching to stretch internal length. I would like you to write out your routine very organized with every repetition the time the sets etc. In your progress thread you should give us as much information as possible. I’m very excited to work with you.

Tools I'll have available:
  • Freehand Stretching
  • HydroMax X40 Xtreme
  • Stealth Stretcher (need to find out if the Hanging tool is in my package, if not i'll makeshift one)
  • if the above hanging attachment is still included i'll have hanging capabilities as well, I have a desk that be raised up and down so I had a thought that I could maybe drill a loop underneath it for some upward weighted stretching :)
  • Cock Rings
  • SiliSleeves
  • I'm sourcing Cable Clamps for clamping ( if that's still a viable exercise to include? )
That's my equipment at the moment.
If there's any other things I should consider, let me know :)

Bundled stretching should be done before any work is started. The reason we do bundled stretching before we start is to pre-stretched the Tunica. The most powerful way to do this is using a Lengthmaster twisting up the handlebars and stretching in all directions. You can also do bundled stretching manually where your twist your penis and then stretch from there. It’s not as powerful as the LM but it will work in a pinch.

Expressive stretching can be done in many ways I’ll give you a few. Low grip LM stretches are incredible for pulling out internal penis. You can use Bathmate Hardcore stretches. You can manually grip at the lowest point in your shaft and stretch from there. The Lengthmaster also allows you to do the original Expressive Stretch called Hole Stretching. This is where you bring your entire package through the center hole of the LM which allows you to push it back and expose internal penis were you can stretch it.

Erect stretching is very basic and easy to do. Get a 100% erection grip just below your head and stretch straight out from there. Do these 5 to 10 minutes each week. There is no other way to do this exercise

I've been having a read of the SRT thread and I am going to take on the SRT routine, i'll be taking it slow so to get used to it :)
But I am excited to log this routine down, Note: I'll have to swap out the LM exercises for an alternate since I don't own one yet.

In the beginning we do not need to do the entire SRT routine but I do suggest that you take healing and gaining cues from it. So in the beginning I always tell people to start with the newbie routine that has the weeks progress work into the SRT routine.

Sorry I should have mentioned to take that reply with a grain of salt. I meant that I will be making a routine based off of the SRT exercises, including Newbie stretches for the first few weeks.

Good news! I have picked up my MOS order, i now own the Stealth Stretcher kit and some extra SiliSleeve5
The SiliSleeve5 are so awesome, I just need to figure out the best way to get them on! These things are tricky!

Log - 6th Jan 2020 : NZ Time

Morning
9:30am : Bundled Stretches, light Basic Stretching, Rotaries: 25 Cranks
No other work was done as I had to run errands for the day.
2:30pm : Picked up my MoS order, Spent the afternoon figuring out how to get the Stealth Stretcher + SiliSleevs to work, It was a success.

PM Length Work (i'm not over doing it today since it's my first day back on a stretcher so it's just some light work)
Bundle Stretches: 6mins (60 seconds: 3 x left, 3 x right)
Stealth Stretcher: 6:30pm till 7:48pm; with it stretched out to a max of 8.6" (bone pressed measure) This stretch ranged from from 8.3" to 8.6" max stretch. Over the course of this little session I increased the Stealth Stretch as I would normally do, Then eased it off for the last 10 minutes .

Post Stretching: 5 Min massage to restore blood flow
For the rest of the night: Wearing SiliSleev5, should I wear the SiliSleev5cap or the open SiliSleev5 for post healing?

Question: Can I use the SiliSleev5 while sleeping? and also can they be used while in a Bathmate HydroMax to alleviate some of the water retention?

Overall I am super happy with my new Stealth Stretcher, It came with so many different ways to wear it! I tried them all... well almost.
I love it! It's SO much more comfortable than the standard SG/JES setup I had. If only I had this a year ago... ahwell, to the future!

The SiliSleev5 are an amazing tool to have too, those alone would be an amazing addition to anyone's routine. The grip you can get is insane, they're a little tricky to figure out at first but I found rolling them up to be the easiest method to put them on almost as you would with a condom.

Anyway, that's me for the day.
It was a dood day, look forward to logging more down in here.
p.s: my future logs likely wont all be an essays length like this log ;)

It sounds like you had a really good day! It’s nice when things come together. I’m also happy that you find your new StealthStretcher comfortable. SiliSleeves can be tricky but it is in these trials that we master them. Yes you can use a sleeve to pump. You can also wear a sleeve to sleep. I always advise setting an alarm half way through the night to be sure, but in every case I have heard was successful.
 
Hi sorry for late replies works been so busy. I will try reply when i get a chance =]

Since I've been on and off PE for a few years i cant really say what it started at (when i say on off i mean like i would do it once a week every now and then doing stretches and jelqs).
So i can't really give a whole lot of credit to anything from back then.
My current stats are basically where i am starting at... right now i can get a BP Flaccid Stretch of 8.5" my BPEL is 8.4" NBPEL 7.5"
I don't know if this is a good start length or what haha but i'll be happy with any sort of Gains i can make in the coming months =]

I measure from the top, down the middle, gripping under the head. Always.
I checked with DLD how I was measuring in another post, to which is said was correct.

That post was from March 2015, my stats were a little different back then since I had couple of nice newbie gains.
I gained a bit then lost most of what I gained due to not cementing correctly and leaving too much time in between workouts and now :/

I'll get those gains back though and some.

I some how ripped one of my SiliSleev5, one that came with the kit not the extra 3 pack I ordered.
I was putting it over the Stealth Stretcher and noticed a couple small pinhole rips, which only got larger as I tried to remove it.
The holes were at the thicker end of the Sleev, I managed to save the sleeve at least by cutting back the end with the rip so i can still use it. Lucky the rip went around and not down the sleev.

Still kinda sucks, since It's only been a day of use but perhaps the Sleev I used was too thin for the stretcher? Not sure.

Had a question about post workouts.
Are there any creams/ointments/powders I should apply after every workout?
To promote further healing and just overall general penis health.

I might order some of the Penis Gripping powder, that stuff seems like it could help out.
