Good news, it's still intact after my sleep.
Cut down a tube to protect the end, Wrapped it lightly with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap and then wrapped with bandage.

I looks like it's less plumped today, It was stretched to the max last night now the skin on the blister is looser. So hopefully it's going away slowly

A hot compress is simply a washcloth or towel that is heated with water and then that is compressed against the blister. Not too hot and not too much compression, just enough to cause the heat to penetrate the skin. This will speed the drainage without popping it.

As for the blister it's still there, can't tell if it's going down or not. It's hard to tell, I think the old skin is slowly dying.
What happens if that skin breaks on it's own, do I leave the excess skin and gently push out the fluid and clean it up in the shower?

I just want this thing gone so I can carry on stretching and doing my PE and also stop worrying about it all day whenever I move/get up to go bathroom or anything.

If it breaks on it's own simply apply the hot compress, with pressure, on the open blister and it will drain naturally. I am happy you are taking your time on this as I did not when it happened to me and today I have permanent scaring because of it. The Hot compress will speed the breaking.

Get Bacitracin instead, it will prevent infection but it also is awesome with scarring.
