Been plateauing the last couple of days felt no progress. Tryed to improve intensity different places. Came to the conclusion that 1 min stretches works miracles for me. I think i have found out how i can improve from here. It has occured to me that the intensity that i need to progress from here is so hard that a 10min warmup is an absolute must + one day off from stretching afterwards.

My whole idea is to make my days first stretches so intense and then keep them in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] afterwards. Its without a doubt the best pe workout i have ever tryed. And i would recommend it to everyone.

Only thing is it is a tough one.

But i have always been a sprinter and never a marathoner this is what works from me. From now on i am going to take periods of 30-60 days of intense pe. And then recover periods where i mentally prepre for max load aain. This makes pe a quick fix instead of the long hard work.

I will do it again. This time i assume to hit 7.2 inches erect (kind of scary that i would find it weird if i didnt)
And afterwards it is going to be the same system but with lenghtmaster i volved for the last 2 cm of growth.
