I definately beleive i can achieve the 10 length within now and the beggining of febuary as for girth ill have a better educated esitmate after i measure girth in the beggining of december but by the looks of it i may be 6+. In saying this here is my routine as of now.
Warmup/jelq in shower 15-20 min 2 sets of 30 sec each direction streching with rotatores and a streeches in between sections. takes around 30-45 min then i warmup again for extreme warmup [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] 30 min routine 15 min jelqs 15 min pump. wait 10 -12 hours then do a extreme warmup then 5 slammers and end the day im trying to work my way up in more slammers again from adding the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] into my routine . when i get the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lm[/words] ill have same rouinte just adding bundles and more intensity .
