My erections are weak the day after every workout and i can tell that its not totally healed (turtle effect or soreness) is that normal??, should i take this day off, and do a slightly more intense every other day routine.... this is just from doing DLD's Newb Routine w/ kegels, 2 ulis and sometimes i stretch when i go to the bathroom and stuff... anyone know what i should do.... thanks

don't up the program if the day after you can't get it up.. Try this for a start workout.. Do 2 minutes hot cloth, after stretch up 3 sets for 15 seconds, and side to side Left/right for 3 sets 15 seconds. Do 5 min tops wet jelging, at 70 to 80 percent errect, the point where the dick is soft but has enough blood to engourge the head. Than do a maximum of 2 minutes girth work any way u want but no more. Finally do 50 kegel squeezes, and take a hot shower. you can kegel while jelgin if u want i do this sometimes. After a coulple of days your dick will get hard multiple times a day and workouts will get better each day. Than u can add more minutes or exercises to the program if u really feel the need to. I have been doing this workout for a little while and its workin well... My opinion weak errections come from over workin the dick.
 
have you gotten any gains from that exercise? b/c i used to do a more intense workout w/ 400 instead of 300 and 4 supra slammers... but I'd take a day off in between and i gained about .25 inches in girth and nothing in length b/c i didnt stretch... but youre probably rihgt im over working it...
how long should i do it for before i up the exercise??

I think the ulis should be left out, I have always thought that the newbie routine should consist of a warm wrap, light stretching in all angles and then followed by some jelqing. This is plenty and many people see gains from this at the start.

If you do this two days on and one day off then that should solve your erection problems. You also want to avoid turtling, keep your dick warm and pull on it everytime you piss. Drink lots of water too.

Just noticed this, very nice advice. Combine what he said and what I said, but the girth work can be too much for newbies, especially if you are having weak erections... in time you will be able to do A LOT more.
 
I use baby powder which usually allows me to stretch pretty hard.... should i stretch more lightly, or should i continue to stretch hard, in other words will stretching with too much force prevent full erections... same goes with milking, if i do it too hard will it effect my erections... thanks...

p.s. sorry about asking so many questions, just wanna make it bigger, ya know?
 
My experience is that Penis Enlargement'ing will affect erectile strength and over all sexual energy. It is not free. It takes energy to heal and to have sex. Penis Enlargement'ing you are injuring your penis as you would be lifting weights. Have you ever tried a hard curl workout and the next day barely have the strength to lift 5 kilos? At that point your body is healing. A weak erection is a sign you have over worked your dick and it needs to heal. It will come back. Stretch every day to some degree. Jelq less often. If you are having a relationship with a menstruating female, same the massive girth for her out of commission week.
One more thing to add: Be careful about letting the weak erection get into your head. The main cause of ED is thinking you have it.

I agree.

And as for wanting a big dick - take it easy, you will damage yourself if you are too eager. You need to sort out your mind or getting a bigger dick won't change your confidence anyway.

Don't feel that this will make you huge, it takes A LOT of work, and the hardest part right now is allowing yourself to take your time and start off lighter than what you are.

I believe this to actually be a misconception. Alout of these sites say pe is just like weighlifting, in my opinion it isn't!! You really don't wanna tear down the tissue right under the skin of your dick. I belive when u do this scar tissue will occur causing your dick to deform, bend and be really hard to get a bonner. The whole purpose of pe is to expand the cells inside the stretchy tissue as well as stretch out the three chambers of the dick allowing more blood to flow in, this is done by jelging and girth work. As far as stretching for length stretching the ligs and what is behind what u cant see as your dick is what needs stretched. The dick it self gets stretched from jelgin.. As for how long you should do this and how many days. With such a light workout as i have given u probly could do it everyday. This is the workout ive been doing for a while now and everyday i feel like i can do it, i don't cuz iam lazy though. The only times pe has affected my sex life was when i was doing 300 jelgs, horses, long stretching times. other girth work etc and i couldn't get it up!!!! the other time is now, i wanna fuck all day and night, wake up with a bonner go to bed with one. I jacked off yesterday man and right after another i busted a nut 3 times. Tell me the last time anybody was able to bust a nut 3 times????Fallguy ur definently on the right track of ed being in the head also good post. LMAO

how long should i do it for before i up the exercise??
when i started the program i was bout 5.75 erect. Iam probly pretty close to 6.5-6.75 really don't measure often. But most gains i have ever had came from a light workout, one i started with. I got it off Penis Health if u want me to give it to ya and explain some of the different exercises, actually one Horizontal movemetn i will.
 
i have a membership to that Penis-Health.com... long schlong and all that, when should i move on to the 20 minute one in the beginner part and then the 40, 2 weeks of each maybe? i know its hard to say, but how long is it gonna take for my dick to get ready for DLD's Newb Rout.?

dont' really know i honestly like how the penis health 7-10 minute workout is set up. Add some time to jelg, and horizontal movement with a couple of horses thats what i do. Never did dld newbie
 
well i started about a year and a half ago. Doing this. I gained about 3/4 inch. I got really excited so i really upped the program. Then i started havin the problems. I stopped started up again with the same hard long 45 minute work, and the same weak errections no sex etc. So i started this about 3 weeks ago or so as to date now. But all togather i have probly done this workout about 5 months, b/c i didn't pe for the whole yr and six months. Now like i said iam starting to see my dick really get back in shape. Good veins, starting some nice ribs, hard errections to the point where my head achs almost cuz its so stretched and full.
