Well you’re here and you have many questions, possibly somewhat embarrassed and definitely skeptical. There are many reasons a guy gets interested in doing exercises:

I may sound foolish, but my only true concern is number five and to some extend, number three. Let me say why...

1. drink plenty of water daily, 8 glasses minimum, more if you sweat alot

Ah, wow, I guess I learned how to do it. Grip real tight at the head and pull down and time a kegel with the flex, and it'll come out nicely. A very low volume, but as you said, water will fix that.

I have another question. Are there any foods out there with a high amount of L-Arginine? I doubt there's anything I can eat that will give me the equivalent of a pill, but if I can supplement myself that way, it'd be nice.
 
I was skeptical but now i believe this does work,i got no gains my first month now im growin like crazy,one discouraging difference is i get different measurments measuring from top NBEL,i get 8 1/4 81/2(max)sitting down but only 7 3/4 standing up not counting turkey neck i got. im pretty new to this stuff, and ive tried DLD's newbie routine but i have so much problem with the stretches and jelqs. like ive read and seen videos on how to do it, but i still cant. here are some of the problems im experiencing:

STRETCHES: whenever i try to do a stretch, my hand keeps slippin off.. like when i grip and try to stretch, my skin just slides over my penis and over my head and my hand just comes off. and when i keep pressing on my head, i realize it gets smaller. is this because my head is small or what? is there anythin to correct it? and when i do the stretches when im mostly flaccid, the only way i can do them is if i grip REALLY hard in the middle of my penis and pull.. this sometimes works, but i read you shouldnt do these flacid and what not, and im thinkin im grippin so hard ill damage myself if anything. ALSO, when i do the stretches, i feel like im stretchin my skin more than anything.. but then if i dont, i cant get a grip on my dick without my skin sliding forward and over my head causing me to lose grip. its really frustrating, CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS?

I am pretty new here myself so I will not pretend to have all the answers. The one thing that I think I can help you with is your stretches. Have you tried using baby powder? A couple of times that I was nervous---like when I first started---and a few times when it was pretty hot out and I was sweaty I had the same problem you have now.

Who knows, maybe you are thinging too much about it before you start to stretch, and maybe you are putting too much pressure on yourself to see gains quickly.

Relax! You have to be in the right mind-frame to Penis Enlargement! Forget about the day's worries, co-worker problems, that bill that that has to be paid, plants that have to be watered etc. Turn off the radio, turn off the TV and just Penis Enlargement! (dam that even rymed:) )

Mike, here's my response. Keep in mind that you should always back up what someone says with a little research by typing in the subject using th boards "search" feature so you can get a few angles covered.

Stretching

1. use baby powder on your hands and cock. Any Dollar Store carries it for, a dollar. Gymnasts and weight lifters use it to eliminate slippage.

2. when stretching, you should grip behind the head, just after the ridge. Don't grip the head itself to pull with.

3. when stretching you need to be completely flaccid (soft). Don't have an erection going and again, pull just after the head not the middle of the shaft because that will give you more of a skin stretch unless you're pretty experienced and know what you're doing...don't do this.

4. only stretch when your cock is soft...do not get an erection for stretching

Jelqing

1. use more lubrication...the best and cheapest is vaseline. It cleans up easy with two things, a towel/shirt/toilet paper/paper towel (anything will wipe it off) and dust your cock area with baby powder...works fantastic.

2. you should have no more than an 80% erection, ideally it will be around the 50% mark for overall effectiveness in the conditioning and girth development areas. Don't do this exercise soft.

I'm newbie here. I brought MoS dvd on eBay couple weeks ago and tonight brought bunch stuff "baby powder, vaseline, l-arginine, ruler, vinyl measure tape and binder". I planning to start execrise Phase One this Saturday coming up. I will take picture of my penis and measure it before start program. I created spread sheet to keep my record to see my penis growing.

Even though I'm not doing Penis Enlargement, I've gathered that it'd be more reasonable to expect 8x5 for that time, which is still pretty damn large, though.

Thank you very much to me feel welcome here. I agree with you that I won't reach my goal on due date 23/8/2006 for 10"x6". I know it would take time to reach goal. I'm very patience person that I'm not hurry person. I going to change few worsds in my signature to make more sense. How long take full execrise phase one?
I brought dvd and join forum (haven't join member club yet) for two reasons.
Reasons:
Feel uncomfortable in locker room or at beach
Better sex life
So that my reasons to this program for me. I hopefully going to have better life style in next year.
