So I think I've finally got it, after A LOT of experiencing. Just one question and god, let the answer be yes or I'll have to start all over.

When you're streching to the right, is the burn limited to the right side of the penis?
 
Yes! I'm so happy :) Now, if I one day manage to get some kind of inner penis exercise to work, I would be covered by ligs, tunica and inner penis. That's pretty much everything I can hit for length growth right? :)

Now here's what did it for me:

Right side:
I put my right leg up on the toilet (It's quite possible that it would have worked sitting down as well, but I was so frustrated from trying at this point that I was just walking around with the PA). Then I put the penis through the hole of the PA with the PA turned so one handle is pointing to the ceiling and the other end towards the floor. Then rolling it to the right leaving about ½ inch of air space to the right thigh and then pulling the penis to the right slightly above the right leg.

This seems to automatically hit it every time, for me at least. I didn't spent much time with it though as i pulled to hard to the left leaving pain there when i tried to pull to the right. It seems easy to put to much effort into this exercise :)
 
I'm somehow finding it much easier to do this on the left side. Actually I'm quite rarely getting it right on the right side all though I try to duplicate very exact from what I'm doing on the left side.

Anyway while I'll keep praticing on the right side I've noticed that when I'm really fully erect my penis is pulling to the left, which is due to the left ligament being shorter.. Right? :/ If so, than doing these on the left side only should be a great way to correct this "error"... Right? :)

I would concentrate more on the right side than the left as that is where the majority of the ligament base is attached at the base and where in surgery its cut.

I've also never seen one side growing more than the other, so the left shouldnt start going outwards and grow like that but if you see this right after a session its normal because you have been pulling it that way.
 
Actually I'm very sorry to say that I haven't been doing these. I decided to put these on hold until I found something else than the PA from the LM to assist me. I haven't stumpled across anything yet though but I've been meaning to start these again as the only thing I'm doing for my ligs right now are hanging bundled BTC once in a while.

Any suggestions?
 
I am doing one of them, actually I was looking for an advice for a different tool to do this exercise. It would be rude for me to ask for an alternate exercise, when you've spend so much energy helping me with this one :)

i'm a little confused on how to perform this exericse even with the pictures

how long are u meant to do them for and how many sets also how long did it take u to go to 8"-8.3"? RED?

I'm in desperate need of length myself.....
 
You push the Power Assist or similer shaped item into the right-side suspensory base portion of the ligament to the penis and than stretch the penis into the direction of the shaped item or PA, while pushing it hard into the body.

This elongates the ligament from the force and you will feel a birning sensation, which is what you want .. telling you that your really stretching those ligaments.

Try to do reverse kegels on these aswell.

Do them for as long as you can hold on for, you want to feel the burning feel and you may need practice to achieve this alongwith doing the reverse kegel.

Sets - As many as you like. You can tell I dont count reps & sets in Penis Enlargement haha I go by the hand of the clock, for example 15 minutes of intense stretching.

Lastly I created a thread here on my progress to that 8.3 inches in length. To sum that up and I quote myself ''it took 19 sessions over 8/9 weeks which averages to just over 2 sessions a week!''
 
Red, thanks for the drawing... so is the ligament like a single cord? i feel 2 cords, one of the left and one on the right side... are these the ones we are putting pressure on? is the ligament just a single cord connecting on both sides of the penis?
 
The suspensory ligament to the penis is on both sides and joins up but is mostly to the right side and thats why this stretch is done on that side.

Yes your putting pressure on the cords, but to the right side.
 
Thinking of doing this tonight, its been awhile! Will perform it in the Length Master attachment around the penis, to give better grip while useing the Power Assit portion to 'trap' the ligaments while I stretch.

More of you should try these
 
I must say.... I like this V-SES Stretch. I will be trying it & promoting it! Good stuff!
