Going to try this setup to see if i finaly can get the extender to work,,,thanks for the great post.

This is the best modification yet and anyone who was experiencing slippage and pain have found that this mod is a total fix.

Hahahaha really creative, I have tose straps at home but to use it for the nose is really clever :d

Dam it! I was coming to post this mod as I started to use it two weeks ago. I use a piece of velcro I had for tying up cables. I thought I discovered this. Wish I had seen this when it was first posted.

I use the strap just through the slits and velcro it up but i'm going to try this design.

The velcro strap design I'm using definitely did the trick and there's no slippage at all. Still get the numbing but I probably put it on too tight...lol.

This works awesome. I had modified my sizegenics previously so I had to make a few minor changes to this design. I know a few people here did the same mod I posted so I'll post some pictures as to the changes I had to make to get this mod to work. It's great.

Such a simple mod, it is amazing that we did not think of this years ago.

Just wondering if I got this right. Stick loops on end piece in the first step means glue them there or how is this supposed to be done?
After that you just have to wrap and use the velcro, right?

K, I've modified J1L's design a little bit and for me it works better overall. It is holding BETTER than the strap now the way I've done it, but before using J1L's way my head was slipping a lot and it was also twisting the head which wasn't optimal.

This is still 95% J1L's design with a slight variation. Instead of connecting on one side, then making the loop and wrapping the other end to be the one you tighten and secure. I built my velcro mod the SAME WAY (ie one strap 10" long or something and added sticky velcro to the top of each side of the head piece, exactly as J1L did.
So I'm using both velcro tape (ie both sides are velcro, no sticky side) for the noose, and velcro tape (sticky on one side for the head piece pieces). Now I set mine up such that the soft velcro is what is touching my penis and this also means it is the soft velcro that is stuck to the head piece sides.

Here's the real difference: I made mine more of a noose-so BOTH pieces stick through, just like the strap, and BOTH sides of the velcro strap are pulled through evenly and BOTH sides are then attached to the top. J1L has one side attached and just the other side is used to tighten. So I don't attach either side on the velcro until it is cinched down, THEN I start attaching it on both sides. This is much more like the strap design and holds way better than what I was doing off of J1L's diagram-for me at least.

Anyway, so far this is great and the head stays put (the straps were starting to weaken again-and when they do, the notches on the strap start slipping and after 60 minutes, the head has been pulled halfway through. I'm going to try this for another 3 hours today and I'll report back how well it works and perhaps put up some pictures of this modified mod. Thanks again J1L you are a Penis Accessory Inventor of the highest caliber lol.

Also- in case anyone is interested, here is my leg strap mod (2 sided velcro about 26" long) that just slips through the inside tube of the extender as shown, then on the outside of the leg-the strap overlaps to hold it in place. I'm still getting some slippage here but I do think I'm onto something if I can figure out how to modify it further to hold without the extender and penis slipping forward as sometimes it does. I'm thinking of adding another piece of velcro to the extender somewhere to stick to the strap-to avoid slippage. Let me know what you think of this one.

Also note-on this last picture, you can see the velcro noose in action in addition to the leg mod strap.

Also-I forgot to add this to the head piece mod-this is just a photo showing the supplies you need prior to step 1. I guess you can only edit for 10 minutes, I gotta start thinking quicker :)

I have modified the leg strap a bit and solved the slippage problems. I can definitely wear this out in public now, in baggy pants, extended to 7.5" with zero signs of it visibly. I walk and move a little funny at times-but nothing a lie about a twisted ankle wouldn't hide :)

The strap is the exact same with the same length and if you are using my version of the velcro head modification, you need nothing else. Instead of pulling the strap through the extender (between the outer or in my case, left rod and the penis as the picture showed, you instead wrap the leg strap over the entire extender and have its velcro stick to the exposed velcro on the top of the head strap and it holds perfectly. The top of the head modification has the sharp spikey velcro. This is perfect, because you want the soft velcro on the inside of the legstrap as the spikey velcro on the inside would hurt and scratch your leg. So this means the soft side is facing the spikey top of the head piece mod too-so it sticks to it and holds the extender between your legs. So the extender is truly pointing straight down-which indeed may add a little extra tension, so I recommend some extra care-making sure once you have the leg mod on it's not stretching more than you intended. In my case, I'm at 2000g and I was still fine with the leg strap. I do think baggy pants are a must, but as long as you have that-this works great and should make 6 hours per day little problem for anyone that can wear loose or baggy pants while at work. If anyone else tries this out, please give me some feedback!

tparker, you can definitely get it at a hardware store. Don't know if walmart has it but mine was in a big roll and found it at a local hardware store.
