i have been guilty of this before! small temp gains i have gotten have had me over excited. my expansion nowadays due to better program is more consistent so its easier to manage. how long would you say it takes on average to cement gains after youve gotten them? (assuming you went on a cementing program)

Hard to say for me as I have never stopped doing PE aside from breaks here and there. The longest break I took was 6 months and I came back with the same size I took the break so I am fully cemented at my current size. I do believe that as of the past 2 months I may have gained more but I will wait to measure as I am doing a bunch of new exercises to add to the forum. I think for someone who reaches their goal should continue past his goal by .25" to be sure the goal is cemented. Even so, I still believe a man should continue maintenance PE for life, something like 1 day per week running through the Newbie Routine. They should also practice Kegels everyday for life to keep good eq.

Well first off another good thread here you are quite the prolific poster
Personally I think going visually is the best way. Fuck measuring constantly because changes happen slowly. I think using the mirror and listening to your partner(s) is the most honest way to gauge progress.
Also I think you have to really commit to an exercise or tool for at least a couple months to know exactly what it does .

I agree. I don't intend measuring anytime soon. When I look down at my penis, I can see my girth gains a bit and some times in front of the mirror.

I don't see myself measuring anytime soon.
