hello manes
in the last four months i have been trying to gain girth but without luck
i have been doing bundled stretches before every girth session then 15 - 20 minutes of pumping with the dp 4000
i really like this pump
for those that dont know this pump it is a pump where you can set the time and the pressure and then just sit back and relax
i have been increasing the pressure every month starting from 3 hg
and after the pump session 50 jelqs followed by 2 clamping sessions
today i have measured but there is no gain
what should i do what do you recommend
please help
 
Put away that pump and start the 5x5x3 routine.Get yourself a BathMate.You will get massive girth gains.

If you keep using that pump combined with clamping i can see a massive injury coming your way.

Ey mizzuh, yea pimp. Isn't that pump the one that allegedly gives a better pumping workout? Maybe you're overtraining if so because two clamp sets shouldn't be necessary if the pump is as great as they say. I know some days my cock has more than enough with just some xtreme sets.
 
I agree with putting more time into actual, physical girth work and stopping the pumping for now. Slow squash jelqs would be my recommendation.

way better than the bathmate for me and i have both

i have tried slow squash jelqs one time and they were not doing anything for me
might give them another try
so i was thinking 5 min pump with dp 4000 5 minutes ssj x3
 
Well if you get more expansion than the bathmate maybe you should just do a combination of dynamic pumping, and jelqing. You always have great eq right? If no then you're definitely overdoing something

yeah eq is great
what is dynamic pumping
you mean alternate between pumping and jelqing ?
 
No dynamic means combining higher vacuum with lower, but do whatever you're doing as long as you have good eq. That's the foundation, and after you can use some jelqs with ssj to get big expansion going.
 
What helped my girth was wear a cock ring after all girth routines. . kept me pumped hours after pumping.

This is so important to making girth gains faster. After we train and get all that expansion it is a shame to let it go so soon when you can keep it around longer the faster girth will become permanent. Men who do not know about this please refer to SRT and study that thread, it will teach you many of these great practices in penis enlargement.
 
a cock ring keeps my pump only for a short time
and after it subsides and i want to get an erection it is just at the normal state again no extra pump so i thought that a cock ring doesnt work for me

What I would do when this happens is get in the bathroom, take the cock ring off get in some SSJ to regain expansion and put ring back on.
 
ok so now i changed my routine
i do bundled stretches in the morning and 10 ssj then wear a cockring the whole day
in the afternoon i do bundled stretches and super sets then
and in the evening bundled stretches and semi erect bends
after a session i only see 0.2 inches expansion
what do you think about this routine
 
Can you do combinations of those three exercises (idk what you do super sets of though) every session? Maybe that would be good for you, and it doesn't hurt to pump every now and then to get more blood in you as well.

The exercises look solid but what are the reps and sets you are using?

super sets of pumping 5 minutes and then 5 minutes ssj and repeat three times
and in the evening i do 10 minutes of bendsings and ulis
