The video I was posting was a newbie routine. You should advance to bundle stretches as fast as possible. Broomstick is the right name for it. 😊

Try holding each stretch for 1 minute each. You will see faster gains with longer stretches.

but I am now 7"BPEL
And just over 6"NBPEL.. didn't realise I had 1" of fat pad either LOL but I'm at around 15-20% bodyfat..getting between 10-15% body fat and staying there is a difficult task..

So I now must aim for 8"BPEL to achieve 7"NBPEL..

Not a huge amount of size increase yet I'm afraid..this 8 day break knocked me back a bit..give it a few months and I will let you know if she struggles lol

While I'm here I just wanted to ask about wrapping with bandage to remain elongated..

Does the penis have to be stretched or does it just need to be stopped from basically shrivelling up..

I have a video about my wrap. For me it have worked to keep my penis elongated, without stretching it to much. That is: It prevents the penis to shrivelling up. I keeping this all day on. For me it have the same importance as putting on my socks.

The power in my wrap is that during the day from time to time, my penis are keept semi-erected and I think this have helped me in cementing my BPEL gains so well. I also do kegels "against my wrap", and I also have a theory that this is helping me as well.

Congratz on discovering/gaining that I know what it feels like seeing results like that.

And as I’ve learned from my brethren on here: aim even bigger as in aim for 9 inches so you’ll be at least 8 inches NBPEL.

And and a friendly advice; try to lose some weight, I’ve been slightly overweight myself and shedding that extra baby fat will make your unit look so much bigger.

For me PE is "do what I can when I can" as I have busy work schedule, 3 young children, a wife etc lol so whatever I can gain with whatever I can do will be a bonus.

Also I had visible abs and then started bulking..I'm 5'7" and around 11stones. I'm aiming for 12stones with minimal fat levels..again very difficult with my life but I'm trying..

I appreciate the advice 🙏

It's easy to lose weight when you do 20:4 diet strictly, and minimize sugar and carbohydrate intake. I lost over 20 kilogram on this diet.

I'm sure that once the thrombosis heal up, you won't experience it again. Just keep training length but you can pump as well to see how it goes.

I don't think it's good to cut off carbohydrates intake completely from your diet. I think once in a while, carbs should be in one's diet. Just my thought.
 
Thanks for all your diet advice guys..I've been "bodybuilding" for nearly 20 years now..last 10 years have been on and off since getting married and having children..plus I'm getting older so it gets harder.. right now I'm carb cycling. High carbs on 2 leg days, medium carbs on 2 upper body days and low carbs on rest days..I'm doing standard intermittent fasting only eating between 12pm-8pm..so if I stick to it I will achieve lower body fat %.

Anyway I just want my dick bigger regardless of body fat lol..

Hopefully I will start 5x5x3 again..loved the effect that was having..
