If you can, stop everything except for kegels and massages to make sure everything is fine. Maybe a light pump everyday or other day to help with blood flow.
You should, not guaranteed, get your EQ back. Then, proceed to add everything back in. I would skip the SSJ'S and replace with jelqing. Work your way back up to once in the morning and at night with the 5x5x3 routine. Keep doing the bundles before a session but just enough to get a good stretch, not to the extreme. A cock ring should be used for at most 2 hours but that's with removal, massage and reapplying in between after a girth session. Never 24 hours. Find something soft and loose to wear if you really need to but you shouldn't. Not now.
Once that's set and you feel ready, slowly add in SSJ'S with one set in 5x5x3. Then increase over time. This will make sure your body actually likes SSJ'S. They are the extremist exercise and shouldn't be abused.
