Just started pumping. Looking for length and girth

Thanks for all your diet advice guys..I've been "bodybuilding" for nearly 20 years now..last 10 years have been on and off since getting married and having children..plus I'm getting older so it gets harder.. right now I'm carb cycling. High carbs on 2 leg days, medium carbs on 2 upper body days and low carbs on rest days..I'm doing standard intermittent fasting only eating between 12pm-8pm..so if I stick to it I will achieve lower body fat %.

Anyway I just want my dick bigger regardless of body fat LOL..

Hopefully I will start 5x5x3 again..loved the effect that was having..
Intermittent fasting is great and allows one to eat more carbs than usual. Personally I’m a carb monster, as in I eat all the carbs I want and only count my protein intake to make sure I get at least 200 grams of protein a day, I usually end up around 240 grams a day.

And I get what you are saying regarding age as I’m 40 myself and struggle with back problems, inflamed triceps and quad pain, just gotta figure out better ways to work out so the working out doesn’t come to a halt.

And you will definitely get a MUCH lower body fat % from IF, IF is the reason I finally got visible abs.

Wishing you luck on both your fitness and PE journey and hope you can get back to doing the SSJ soon enough.
I understand, despite not having kids myself, that it takes some extra commitment when one does as you do.

Btw have you ever considered TRT? I’m on a every 9’th week injection of a very long acting testosterone called Nebido(undeaconate ester)due to having had testicular cancer. My point is that a lil dose of TRT really helps as one ages.

Gonna take a blood sample next week to see how low I go, hoping to be in the 6-700 range at the lowest. Which would be pretty good for an injection taken every 9’th week. Also TRT really helps with your wellbeing as a man togheter with building muscle mass a little easier.

Anyways I tend to write too much some times so ending it here, and best of luck my brother in all your busy life endeavours.

Maybe TRT will be something for me when I get older. Can't accept loosing my muscle mass just because someone are saying your supposed to get low testosterone levels when you are older. I will not accept this. In Sweden they are so strict about this. I take a lot of supplements and my blood tests are perfect. Even the doctor was supprised about the values she saw. 😂

I'm a hard gainer of muscle and also a hard loser of fat lol I did a 12 week course of test and deca in my mid 20s..best I've ever looked and felt. TRT is definitely on the cards one day..just depends on my levels and if I cam get the doctors here in UK to prescribe me on it..

Consistency is my main issue so I will start there and see how I get on..

Btw I did SSJs yesterday..got so funking excited when I saw it getting nice and fat..did it around 4pm and then got lucky in the late night with my wife and it was still nicely expanded..she definitely felt it.

Still nice and plump now lol

Man @DLD these SSJs are a god send..your a genius.

Thanks for saying so, and yes I know how hard it is to get TRT in Nordic countries especially.

Took me over 10 years, even after having cancer, before I FINALLY got started on Testogel to see how I reacted to TRT then after a year of that I finally got the good, injectable stuff. They would not prescribe it to me at first since I was too fit and in shape they said. Though I mentally felt like shit and didn’t even wake up with morning wood in my 20’s.

TRT should be prescribed to any man who wants it when they reach 35-40 years of age, it’s calle TRT(testosterone THERAPY)for a reason as it does a man very good in the proper dosages.

Glad to hear your levels were fine, nothing better than that. I do also take a lot of supplements to boost my natural production as well since I’m on something called HCG which prevents my remaining testicle from shrinking too much and gives me some natural testosterone production.

I highly reccommend damiana leaves, fenugreek seed, stinging nestle root and ashwaghanda for boosting test levels and of course some extra vitamin D which I get from my cod liver oil and multivitamin.

As already mentioned I’m going to take a blood sample next week on the 6’th of July and will get the answers to my blood sample the week after on the 13’th of July so will come back here and report what my levels were.

Both hoping and thinking they are a bit higher now compared to my last sample since I didn’t take HCG nor all the herbs then as I do now. And yes, I highly reccommend getting on TRT as you get older, yes, I’m very passionate about this subject. I mean women get all kinds of hormones when they reach menopause so why shouldn’t a man get some TRT as he ages to maintain both muscle mass and his mental clarity and health.

First off glad to hear she felt it, no bigger ego boost than knowing your woman gets pleased by what you give her in bed.
Just going in there knowing you’re just getting bigger and better is a big confidence builder, I know.

And yes, I’ve heard it can be a hassle getting TRT in the U.K as well due to the NHS, as we got a very similar system here in Norway. As I mentioned in my previous response to squirt inducer man it took me over 10 years of back and forth with the public health care providers before I got it.

Ended up just calling a private practicioner who diagnosed me with secondary hypogonadism and when I told my public health care provider that(my doc)all of the sudden he had zero problems writing me a script for Testogel to start off with before going on Nebido, the good injectable stuff.

So point is if the NHS refuses to give you TRT go to a private practicioner just to get a proper diagnosis/evaluation that you then can take to the NHS and demand getting TRT as it will be much cheaper than going to a private Doc.

Anyways, just had to get that off my chest and best of luck with both TRT(if you decide to go for it in the future)and your PE. Just remember to stay consistent and results will follow in due time.

It's fucked up. In Sweden. Even Viagra a man needs to pay for everything, since they are not covered by subsidies. And Viagra is not cheap in Sweden. Women get contraceptive medications, so they doesn't get pregnent, and these are covered by subsidies. Why do they make this difference? I don't understand this.

Yes indeed I think a private clinic is the way to go if you have problems with testosterone production. But would you even know? Since the public healthcare think it's okay to lose testosterone production when you get older, even to the point that you can not build thick muscle mass. I can imagine that you need to discover this for yourself, by feeling like garbage for a while.

@Abdiel Bull Berg it's not okay it took 10 years for you to get on TRT. That's insanity. You can get deep into depression if your levels are not good, and the worst thing: Loose muscles mass.


I don't even know if they checked this on me. But I think I have good values, since I have taken care of my body my entire life, and have no problem to build muscle mass, and my erection quality have not subsided. I know my erection quality is through the roof if I have a naked woman in front of me.

But I don't understand this point of view of our healthcare system. You can always optimize. Just because everything seems fine, doesn't mean everything is okay.

For example. Many people in Nordic Countries have low levels of Vitamin D. And the recommended levels are to low. They put vitamin D in butter. But if you have low levels, this will not compensate low levels. When you dig deep there is much optimization you can do. Most people do not even take a MV and Omega-3 every day. You need good balance of fats, in your body in order for your cells to work optimally.

I love Brian Johnson (Search on: brian johnson blueprint) he's going all in on this stuff, but he have the resources to do so as well. He's trying to reverse his aging, and I think he have succeeded in some way.

But only for this, I think I need to move so I get closer to a private clinic.

Brainfog, building less muscle mass than I did before my cancer, no morning wood, depression, anxiety for no reason and so forth was what I had to deal with for those 10 years. But still they did not listen to me. Which is kinda fucked up.

Yes, there is still a bit of bitterness from they not taking my symptoms seriously, talked to public healtcare endocrinologists but to no avail. So going to a private Doc was my last bet, and luckily it worked out.
Only ONE appointement with the private one and I had a script for Testogel, though if you end up going the TRT route in the future, which I highly reccommend, ask for injectable testosterone. Testogel is a hassle as you can’t sweat aka work out for at least 6 hours after applying it as you can decrease the effect of it through swetting. And you can also transfer it to other people during those first 6 hours, as in if you have sex with a woman you can transfer testosterone onto her.

Anyways, had to get that of off my chest too, and thank you my brother for both listening and understanding. Really appreciate it.

I just found my old starting post.

I've been at it on and off for 8months now..

Recently I've measures and notices some exciting gains. I've mainly just been approximating with my hands and how much easier it's getting to deeper in my wife.

I am now:
BPEL: 7inches
BPFSL: 8inches
My girth jasnt increases as much but girth work is very inconsistent.

EG: 4.75"

I've increased length by 1inch and girth by .25inch. Depending on how hard I am it does feel thicker. Wife even said "it already feels pumped up" when I mentioned using the pump during foreplay.

So I'm getting somewhere. 1 more inch in both directions. It's getting harder but I'm not giving up.

You're looking pretty huge to me. I highly recommend the ball and ligament stretch, which will give you so much more length and allow you to stretch to even greater places.

I think it's a man thing but still looks small to me..especially in the pictures.

I do ball and lig stretch. My turkey neck is annoying me..even when I put on a c ring, I can't push it all the way to the base. It just moves up because of all the extra skin.

My stretching consists of 1.5bundles BTC with both hands. 5mins at a time throughout the day. I'm only totalling like 20mins 5x a week.

Just doing what I can when I can. Just like my fitness journey consistency will be key.
 
The solution to your turkey neck issue is to do what you're doing by pushing the skin back into your scrotum. Maybe even use a sleeve to hold back all that skin in order for it to transpose into the scrotum.

One thing I wanted to ask was.. after pumping the shaft is obviously a lot thicker. But what about the rest of the unseen penis. That doesn't get pumped up like the rest of it does. How do you get the whole penis to become thicker? Or does that just not happen.

Expressive stretching allows you to access all internal penis and bring it out. You do not need to buy a sleeve if the rap you're using is sufficient. You want to pull back all of your skin and transpose that skin to your scrotum.
