It was from the prolong intense clamping sessions. I wished I would have return sooner to help the brothers that still are doing crazy clamping without consideration. I've gone through it too. It can be safe if you do it correctly. Most don't and suffered. We have quite a bit of records of those who did and assisted them with neuropathy healing processes in the past. We stopped with the assist once the big box store sent out various campaigns to stop people from using the clamps after about 5 years.

i been taking those for awhile now. i didnt really have time to even have training. just a few times for a few weeks to help blood flow until one day i did it a little more than normal. no pain,no discomfort. nothing. bam. destroyed

This is where it happened to me too. One day, just three sessions in, even with protective paddings on both sides to protect the dorsal nerves and blood vessels, I went a tad too hard. I knew right away the pressure exceeded my upper limit, roughly around 15inHg in air. Internally, your penis should not be over 12inHg. This is a critical zone for damages. Externally, you can go as high as 20 inHg, but the internally, that's when you must pay attention at all time. The brothers here always say, "Listen to your penis." They're not kidding. When doing the SSJ, pay attention due to the pressure. When that internal pressure goes too high, the ballooned tissues will push against everything from the internal to the external. It's literally a truck runs over your legs ordeal.
 
well. i would have listened . but it didnt say anything . luckily, i thought it was a bit much and immediately let out. that or the excessive jelq i did the next day. it sure feels like the jelq did it to me, but i cant be positive. but i do know i wore my regular boxers today for the first time in quite awhile, and while im not anywhere close to normal yet, it was the most normal day ive had in a very long time. the feeling was positively going more towards normal than i can remember

Reality is no so friendly when we are injured. My ankle has yet to heal to 100% after a moderate injury 20 years ago, but I still nurture it and maintain its strength building throughout the days. Once you injured something, recover is not 100% but you can work it to return it back to 99%. Don't lose heart.

no, not kegel excercises. i dont do that period. i just mean the random kegel like flex i subconsiously do throughout the day. i assume all guys do. i always have. maybe a few more months will help. not sure
 
thanks. theres just no replacement to fix your head when you lose everything youve ever gotten used to. by just playing around, ive pretty much canceled the rest of my lifes worth from here on out. im still just baffled to what i wake up to every day at 6 am only to be demoted to a 5 yr old the rest of the entire day and night.

kinda reached a new point. not sure what to think of it just yet. overall feeling really decent. penis feeling wise has improved overall. it has changed somewhat for the better currently. doesnt tingle or anything. oversensitivity has diminished alot. only a few times a day does it seem to alert me to a sensitive feeling. feels almost normal most times in that respect.

other than that though, its just kinda like im just here to pee and thats about it. i just dont get any arousing blood whatsoever mostly. unless i try to mentally force it. and even then, it aint much. i dont know if its just mentally not allowing it, or if its physically blocked. it feels physical sometimes when i try to get an erection. just feels restricted with my tightness in the rectum and inner penis. i dont notice the inner pains(not hurtful pain,just tight pressure mostly) while im up moving, but they are there. when i sit down and quit moving is when i can really notice them. i guess my busted up nerves just shut the whole system down all day now, and thats just how it is. feels so worthless to even walk.

so, basically, i can at least live a little better than i have been. that is, if i can keep my head out of realizing what ive done to kill it. it just feels like i dont have any sexual parts anymore unless i try to force it. but here comes 6 am, and everything comes back strong until i get out of bed. then back to nothing again. very confusing and stressful.
 
I spoke to a few higher-power researchers in the fields, and I hope you allow me to offer you their insights and apply their knowledge. What they imparted to me was:
  • For pelvic nerves and tissues impacts and damages, time will heal, based on each individual. However, promoting blood flood is essential. There are pelvic region massaging equipment already in the market that focus on getting the blood to migrate, combine with warmth and low stimulation of tissues. An example is a full heating chair with shiatsu massages. By encouraging constant stimulation of warmth, massages/vibration as stimulation, and relaxation, the nerves will heal fast.
  • Using STIM/TENS units to reduce nerve misfires. I personally have a Quattro 2.5 at home for uses, but it assists with overactive nerves misfiring. This reduces the throbbing pains for the affected regions. My wife uses constantly for her neck, back, shoulders, legs, and butt. Yep. She pelvic region hurts when she have to run around 12 hours a day. Her nerves flair up and her butt literally twitches. After 60 minutes low intensity application, she becomes relaxed to the point she falls asleep. Something to think about.
  • Low budget warm oil massages. You can use warm palm/coconut oil to constantly massage the region of throbbing pain when you get a chance. Use a warm water bag and keep the muscles within the region relax as much as possible.

i cant really do any massages, cause the tense pains feel internal, as in bwteen the rectum(inside) and my urethra( but more inside the pelvis, not the external penis). i get really anxious every time my feelings,or pains change even a little bit. even though its usually a positive change, i think i expect it to be close to over , and its really no where near, and it really shakes me up all over again.

it just sucks when i do have an arousing thought. i feel things well up inside me down there, but all i feel is tenseness deep inside, and i never get that boiling blood rush i use to. the semi erection i do get from it, just seems like it only goes 1/2 what it should and hits a wall or something pressure wise, but yet feels tight at the same time. definitely smaller feeling. 6 am is usually a different story, and not caused by me though.

speaking of blood rush....i never remembered this till now. all through my life when i was about to have sex and almost fully hard, if i kegeled it, i would feel that good intense blood filling feeling. back in august shortly after this happened, when i was going through a short hard flaccid stage, this was still happening, but i remember a time or 2 it felt "gurgly" for lack of better words. or like it was being restricted. and after that, i kinda seem to remember just getting hard. no blood rushing feeling. everything, including size, just kinda seemed to peter out after that less and less as months go on.

I believe you're talking about the bulbospongiosus and ischiocavernosus affected region. Yep, happens so often to extreme off-road motorcyclist, mountain cyclists, and gymnasts. Direct traumas to this specific region caused so much griefs and exact the pains and suffering you described. This is where time will heal. Let me reach out to one of the acquaintances I know that suffered this in the past due to off-roading incidents. He couldn't have good sex for over a year because of the extensive trauma at the described region. Just peeing alone was a challenge.
 
i appreciate it. i just donnt kow how i would have caused that cause this had nothing to do with off roading. lol. i used to get super awesome feelings of somethig flowing to my groin from pelvic stretches, which i still try to do, but that has faded in effect as well. now it just doesnt seem to help much anymore
