but i already have ok length im around 8 inches and 8.5 at my best ever issue is i am 5.25 in girth and thats small to me so girth is my ultimate goal but length is also welcomed

8.5 in in lenght wow amazing,focus on girth then SSJ if you havent done them before,they are great!!

Ahh great then doing them simultaneously is good. Otherwise if length was moreover your goal you'd start with length because if you grew girth it'd make it tougher to grow length.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend clamping to be honest. We've already read the many problems with it.
 
Pumping is much safer imo ( of course if you follow something like the 5x5x3 routine and don't do 15-20 min session in one round ). :)

^Mainly thrombosed veins. The cock is generally very resilient to all PE even clamping, but if you don't know what you're doing you'll probably bust a pipe real quick with clamps

All kind of crazy shit..i heard stories from ED ( the guy couldn't keep his dick up anymore ) to bleeding from the urethra.Some very experimented guys can make clamping work,but as beginner as you are,it's dangerous.Be careful man.

so i took 2 days off not really on purpose but hey maybe a good break so i will put todays routine
 
Great new workout and I am glad you are feeling the intensity! I was worried about you yesterday as you seemed discouraged. It looks like your outlook has greatly improved and I know this will greatly fuel your PE.

A break is alwasy good but make sure you won't get days off everytime.....i would only recommend you take days off when you are injured , extremely sore , or you have something very important to do,otherwise train daily...days off will only slow your progress imo.

I've had gainless months with routines that were agonizing and one month where I was gainless with a routine that literally took more than half my waking hours due to the infamous vac extender. This will be a distant memory soon enough. Honestly, your routine is a bit unfocused and could probably use a power up.

Decide if you want length or girth. Then try to build a routine around SRT. Basically, you want to keep expansion for girth or elongation for length. There are a ton of ways to do both discretely as you go about your business.

Focus is important. Find an exercise you like and build around it. Make everything else you do with pe have some kind of synergy with it. Like bathmate and girth work, or ads with stretching. Everything you do should be to the point of making that exercise more effective. Eventually you'll have a routine where every piece is as important as any other, and that serves to give you a shot at some kind of momentum. You get that and you may well just break away. But it takes time, and trial and error.

You have a length master now, try and condition yourself with bundled stretches. Build up from there. Save the bathmate for now. Get a little length going and build some confidence in the practice.

You should also bump that Kegel total up by about 5 million. Seriously. If you're training length, doing a ton of kegels loosens the ligaments and boosts your eq. Do them as often as you think of them. Do them hard as fuck. All the time. And when you start working girth switch to doing them only after your routine.

You're just getting started, and it's going to get better. More difficult, but better.
