Funny you would say that as I've also been gong hard with clamps, and in the onset of overtraining which causes me a little ed. What I'm gonna do is take clamps out for one or two days continuing bathmate, and regain my eq. It isn't the first time this happens to me so I'm not worried

Clamping is dangerous.I'm glad you decided to stay away from it.Do you have a BM?i can't remember.You might be fatigue because your workout is too intense so that's why you lost a bit of EQ.No worries.

I am glad to hear that you are not clamping any longer, I believe it to be far too risky. I think you should really stick with the basics for a week or two, just to reset your frame of mind and attack this from a different angle. If something is not working it's not working and you will need to change the practice being used. I say take it back to basics because this will help clear your mind and see a different way to approach.

As far as having ED, the exercises or tools being used will not cause this, over training will. If your EQ is low it means either you are fatigued or your pelvic floor muscles are weak and need to be strengthened. In 99% of the cases where impotence becomes an issue it is usually mental, physical impotence is extremely rare. For me, when I know it is a mental thing, I simply use Viagra and this solves the entire eq issue.

I felt the exact opposite. It was driving me nuts I couldn't get to 8. Girth is the easy part for me. And length work is way more unpleasant than girth so I think I'd trade trouble spots with you.

yea it seem that everyone has their pros and cons...girth to me is extremely time and labor consuming and ive been at it for 2 years on n off and i have gained nothing in girth....hahaha ok ill will trade you in a heart beat

Sometimes, for certain men, it becomes easier to do length or girth exclusively until gains are made. If you think that focus would be better to stick with one or the other I suggest doing so.
 
ok guys i dont know what happen but i guess the first post didnt go through so this is my second attempt on a thread..
any ways im new to this site fellow p.e. brothers and i like what i see this place is really helpful...
so some of my back ground is i have been doing p.e on n off for about a year n a half in tht time ive gotten pretty good at it..
but anyways my routine right now looks like this:
~10 min stretch
~100-400 jelqs
~5-10 1 min ssj
~5-15 5 sec kegal hold
~15-30 min clamping

my current size is 8.5 in in length and 5.25 girth yeas very skinny but goal is to gain 1 inch of girth and maybe half an inch of length
i also have the length master and a bath mate pump on the way
well my issue is i have not gained anything not even a millimeter in this year and this is really frustrating and demotivating as some of you know
basically i would like advice, experiences and tips, tricks anything would be helpful and taken in
i need help brothers thanks!

The length master will take you from your current 8.5 inches size to 9 inches. You should be focusing more on girth now.
