Yep.Bundles first -----> Stretching ( or any kind of length routine )
Bundles first -----> Jelqing/pumping ( or any kind of girth routine )

A day off is a good thing when you're dick is very fatigue,but make sure one day off doesn't turn into two or three days off :)

I would never measure earlier than 3 months..you will see little gains and you will get depressed..It's not gonna take a long time,as long as you have a good routine,and the right intensity i would say you can gain up to 3 inches in a year..i know it's crazy,but if you follow the SRT or at least its principles,it's possible.

Yes. So many people are skeptical because they want this process to happen in a matter of weeks or something or less. The truth is that PE takes a long time because you're constantly hitting your penis muscles so they can adjust to being lengthened or pulled out of the body.

SRT really helps speed the process but even using SRT we need to have patience, if this were easy every man would have a horse dick.

10 min heat warm up
10 min bundle stretch with length master
10 min stretch lower at the base
5 min semi erect stretch ( which by the way really damn hard)


3 sets of the following
10 min jelq
5 min erect squeeze (this was a new addon and i must say def make the routine more intense)
100 fast kegals
8 min pump with bm
10 min clamp

Great. Btw you want to gain length or girth more? Or both simultaneously, because it's easier to do length first then girth second.

Looks like a solid routine. What is the problem you are having with the erect stretches? Slippage?
