Hello fellow Penis Enlargement Family, going to start a log sometime today... Wanted to see if I am doing the right Exercises. I want to put on 1/2-1 inch girth in a Month or less.

My Routine is:
A.M.
5-warm up
20 Min Jelg.
20 min Claps w/Slow Squash
Rest 5 min with jelg
20 min Clamp w/Slow Sqaush

*Rest with the Stayer or Clamp on real light 2-3 hr to keep Blood in, but low enough for reg circulation.

Night 11:00P.M.

5-Warm up
20 min Claps w/Slow Squash
Rest 5 min with jelg
20 min Clamp w/Slow Sqaush

Hang 7lbs 30 Min. every other day.

*Rest with the Stayer or Clamp on real light all night till morning hr to keep Blood in, but low enough for reg circulation.

Want to do this 5-6 Days a week Solid.
Taking 3gram L-Arginene
Going to Gym Lifting Weights 4-5 Days a Week
Gallon Water
2-3 Protein Shakes a Day
Creatine/Glutamine 5-10 grams.

What do you think???? Can I put on 1/2 to a 1 inch raw thickness (girth) in a Month.

1/2 of girth in a month is almost impossible dude. Don't injure yourself. More workout time != more gains, necessarily, especially if you haven't been doing it for a year or more. Penis Enlargement is a steady process, don't overwork yourself.
 
You might indeed be capable of gaining 1/2 inch of girth in a month from clamping. However, this is uncemented girth and will largely disappear once clamping exercises are stopped. In short, you might be capable of getting a larger 'pump' after some time with clamping, but, it won't really be 'your' girth, so to speak.
 
1st Thanks for the Replies Guys...How long does it take to Cement the Gains like 1/2 inch girth, with the program I am doing.. I have seen others gain that much... I know that just like lifting weights u can lose after you stop after a while.. This is the same concept right?

If others can do a half inch with a good program, then i should as well, determined. I have done pumping and jelging of and off for a while. But never consistant!

This time I Plan to be consistant twice a day w/Consttrictors (Clamping and Slow Squash) 5-6 days a week or 5 days min. a week.

What would one on Average Gain in a Month with my routine and Supplements???

I know I can do it! (Affirmations) Hehehehe...

How long does it take to Cement Gains any gains of Length or Girth after and gains are made with consistant Penis Enlargement work??? No on has answered that yet for me.. ?:(

If you use the "search"-option and look for "cementing gains" you'll find a few threads dealing with it.
I read through them all out of personal interest and can tell that there's no satisfying answer.
Some say follow your program for another 2 months after you've reached your goal others say do a reduced program a few times a week for the rest of your life.

From my personal experience I can tell that my length gains kept nearly constant after stopping with Penis Enlargement immediatly but my girth gains faded.
Here an explanation why this happens by the former user "Ancient China":

I will just say this as many have said....girth is a bitch. I also think why it is such a more tough bitch than length is the make up of girth compared to length. When you doing length you are actually stretching the tissue apart, with girth it is usually pressure only and forming a new tissue design, or an effective way of the sporos like tissue to hold more blood/grow. So sure you can gain .5 inches in a month, but is this a temporary break in the tissue allowing more blood, or a new and larger design of the penis. I will go with choice one, that is why many may lose gains they made quickly without keeping up any work. Tissue breaking and regrowth is best over the span of months, it is not instaneous.

Cementing gains is really not that bad or long of a process either, atleast you can cement them. You want to break the penis, not once but many times, you can only make it stronger. You want to make sure that when your penis repairs it repairs for a more extended position, but not repairing exactly as it had been broken and to the same size....yikes.

So those instant gains may only mean that you just broke some cells/capiliaries etc... in your penis, but when your penis heals you may see those gains wither away, due to rehealing as the penis once was....This is avoidabale obviously, and this is why I prefer to Penis Enlargement 3 times a week atleast a 45 minute hardcore session, as my penis has more of a chance to heal to only have me break it's punk ass again. Gains are technically permanent. No matter how long DLD takes of he will never EVER be in the 6-7 inch range again....impossible. I don't even think a diamond tipped knife could cut that fucking tissue. Stronger than Kevlar.

So for "cementing" girth gains it is necessary NOT to stop when you've reached your goal, but how long it really takes to make them consistent . . .
It's trial and error I guess.
But I'm sure that it's not necessary to keep up a maintenance routine for the rest of your life.
 
In regards to cementing girth gains, it, like everything else, differs from person to person. My advice? - Stay with the clamping for several months following the attainment of your girth goals. The longer the better, in fact.
 
My advice is keep consistent and do it with dedication and in 6 months time you will have gained and cemented ''made permanent'' what you gained ... for me girth gains became this but it took many months of hardwork to make it part of my penis for good.
 
I just started a similar routine. I did SSJ's for the first time last night and I'm adding them to my routine. They may be the best girth exercise yet.
 
Strangely enough, the Slow Squash Jelq can produce a 1/2 girth gain in a single session. Making the girth stick is the part that takes a little more time. Girth is highly dependent of expansion and deformation of the erectile tissue. There is a certain threshold of expansion and with each SSJ session, if you go beyond this threshold, you will force permanent expansion over time.

As a Penis Enlargementer, I find this statement very sexy.
