Is it possible to gain fast lengths without jelqing? I mean by just doing stretches towards different directions for maybe 20-30 minutes every day? If so how fast may I see gains?
 
It took me a year and a half to get 2 inch's doing basic stretches from the newbie routine i quit jelqing after about 6 months but should have kept at it because it will also help you in gaining length.
 
Length is not really something you jelq for, stretching, extending and hanging are length exercises.
 
On a segment of the CBS show "The Doctors" Last year, they demonstrated the use of an extender on a rubber penis and explained that it was one of the recommend procedures used to "cure" Peyronies disease.
 
DLD how long do you suggest I should stretch for everyday in order to see fast gains (2 inches in 6 months up to a year)
 
I rarely ever jelq. Did 250 today though, but that's me being spontaneous. Jelqing helps penile health though.

2 inches within a year is a little much. I mean, I experienced that, as did DLD and a few others. But it differs between person to person.

Exactly it took me more than a year but you will get there,you could always just jelq 2 times a week for penile health i always thought jelqing helped make length but you learn something new everyday:)

How long stretching takes depends on what kind of stretching you are doing? I have routines that involve hours of stretching a day.

It does IMO, if your Jelqing at a really low erection level say no more then 10%

Jelqing will increase length at any level but as you become more more flaccid the exercise becomes more length focused. I wrote and article discussing this HERE.
 
DLD, the stretches I know how to do are the ones from the Penishealth DVD. and you are saying if I jelq at a flaccid state I will be gaining length. So if I do around 20-30 minutes of long schlong, power stretch, long schlong heli, pressured long schlong, and sit down stretch and maybe around 100 flaccid jelqs everyday, could I reach 2 inches in 10-12 months? now I know it varies frm person to person but what do you think? and DLD what kind of stretches increase lengths the fastest?

also, will power assist be faster and more effective than just Penis Enlargement?
 
Yes, It's possible. I've gained pretty well less than a year. Going to start back soon and make it to about 9+. Haven't been here in a while.

Makes sense jelqing at 80-90% erect is back on.

Yes, it is possible to gain almost 2 inches in less than a year, but as we said, it depends from person to person. Someone might gain 2 inches in 4 months. Someone else might gain 2 inches in 4 years. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Then, yes it is and, I'm not sure. Jelqing isn't going to be the single exercise that grants you inches and inches of length. It will help a bit, but if your other P.E. work is good, leaving out jelqing shouldn't hinder you too much. I try to stretch for about 35 minutes every day. I sometimes stretch for up to an hour. for about 20 days I stretched for an hour a day and I gained 0.2 of an inch in my bone-pressed flaccid stretch length. Make of that what you will.

P.E. is not only about dedication and how good your workout is, but how much time you have to put into it. I've had months where I've been on holiday and I've done huge amounts of P.E. and seen huge gains. Other months I've had no time and could barely manage an ULI. If you put the time in, I am confident you will see gain. However, this doesn't mean that you should now go and sit and do a 3 hour footlong stretch session, it simply means if you put your time in, you will be rewarded.

I did it is six months, of course it is possible.
 
Thanks Medicating and DLD. Do you recommend no smoking? and DLD did you follow a specific routine or just a lot of different ones at once. And what do you think about doing 30 minutes to stretching and about 150 jelqs everyday? Sorry to bother you guys too much but I really need to see some gains by inches asap I mean it's embarrassing I'm below average I feel like shit. But yeah do you recommend no smoking (cigarette or pot)? And is there any enlargement pills such as Male Extra I should take or can it have a negative effect on the growth?
