so my question is do i need to kegel more ?

here is my first pic where i am erect. and not squeezing in the kegels, just letting them loose:

i had one really major curve going down, but i think i got the major part of the curve out of it, only thing is it is still not 100% horizontal.

i did cut ���� out of my system like i dont watch any ���� anymore, also deleted all the sexy pictures. and i do notice my erections are better.

here is a picture where i kegel when erected wich then i am 100% horizontal.

my penis is 18 cms so im proud on that, i do want to get more but first solve this in my PE.

so what what advice would you give me ? do anymore kegels?, if so can you give me a hardcore routine wich i cn use ? my kegel routine looks like this right now.

in the morning and evening:
2 seconds squeeze 2 seconds rest 50x
4 seconds squeeze 2 seconds rest 50x
8 seconds squeeze 4 seconds rest 20x

my other routine is the following with PE:

2 mins warmup>200 jelqs > 40 mins extending(proextender) > pumping for 5 mins > warm down
i sometimes do it 2 times a day and sometimes 1 depends on how much spare time i got.
 
I am not sure the kegeling will help this issue. You are up because of the tightening of the ligs when you kegel. Considering you will never simply walk around kegeled probably a mute point. You are hanging lower due to a few things.

1. Stretched ligs - If you are stretching well, the ligs are giving you a lower hang. Happens to me as well.
2. Your getting heavier - the more you kegel the more you naturally draw blood into the penis and hence it becomes heavier. The heavier the penis the lower the erection angle.

Out of curiosity what are your stats length and girth?
 
kegels could definitely help, erect stretching and jelqing slightly above parallel will also help.

hey dld thanks for your reply also you acromegaly, yeah that was what i was thinking too alot of kegels and jelqing upwards allthough im not stretching upwards yet i guess i can throw that in my routine.

could you give me a solid kegel routine ?

Go with the Newbie Routine Kegels Routine, it is the best one going.

kegel while jelqing and stretching just that or are there some more things i can do to achieve this ?

Kegels are the best way to increase your erection level. Other girth work will help too but Kegels are the best.

thanks for your advice, though i am using alot of pro extender aswell, should i be kegeling while extending or is that not usefull.
i find that if i do kegel while stretching my dick is going more inwards then when i just keep it loose.

Do a reverse kegel when you are stretching to release those muscles holding your dick back. You should be able to pull like an extra .25 inches or more while doing this. Kegeling the regular way first or at the beginning of your routine will fatigue the muscles, making it easier to reverse kegel and not do those reflexive "defensive" kegels.

Not that specifically. I just meant that is the best way to maximize a stretch, reverse kegeling to allow the penis to go further outward from the body. Kegeling of any kind will help erection quality but I would strongly recommend adding resistance. What I do is this: any time I masturbate I do girth work and kegel work as well. I do jelq, ulis, ssj, then I work myself up to fully hard and lie down on my back with a book open face over my erection pointing upwards and kegel it up and down. It's like your dick is doing a bench press in a way.

They're girth exercises. Try to look around on here to find some threads that describe them. I am about to leave the house or I would. They're basically different kinds of squeezes and jelqs that create expansion. Wearing a cockring during girth work and for a while after also helps. Ah fuck it, I'll tell you ulis are just gripping the base of your dick with your thumb and forefinger. That's it. Ssj's are way harder to explain.
