Hello people, NewGuy here with a few questions and a request. Firstly, i am on the newbie routine which is nothing but manual stretching and i was enjoying quite a bit, up until a little bit ago which has realy put my confidence down alot. Ill start off with the good, then work my way into the bad. The good news is i have been seeing gains so far on the newbie routine as far as flacid stretch length goes. I hit 7.75 yesterday, and today after stretching real hard, i hit borderline 8 nbp flacid stretch. Now this realy brought my confidence up and i thought i would be able to produce good erection size now because erection size as of late hasnt been something that great for me. I've put in a very sucessful week so far on the newbie routine, but right now my outlook changed a little bit, and here is why.


Since starting the newbie routine, which i believe i did last Sunday, i have not rubbed one out until tonight because i thought it would be better for gains. Not doing it wasnt as hard as i thought, i just needed to control the impulse. Now tonight i decided to do it, and i thought the size of my erection would be pretty good, i thought totally wrong. Tonight, after a great week of stretching and seeing gains in flacid stretch length, it looked the smallest it has ever looked to me tonight. Now, i dont know why, i've been struggling with this problem for a little over a month now, and it doesnt seem to be getting any better.


I have done kegals, piss pulls, all of that, none of this is helping my problem. I have even begun losing weight to gain NBP length, and tonight it was the worst it has ever been and it realy has me down. I didnt measure it either, but i know if i did it wouldnt have been good. I realy want 7.5 NBP, but with shit happening like this, i just dont know if its ever going to happen and im now starting to feel like i should just pack it all in and stop. I know it sounds like im whining and what not, but im sure there are some of you here who can relate 100 percent with what i am saying. I just dont know what to do, i know that i cant track a gain if i cant get a decent hard on. Im not due to measure erect withen the next 3 weeks, but how am i gonna know erect gains were made when im not getting 100% erect?


Should i buy viagra or cialis? What should i do? This problem is realy starting to aggrivate me and i dont know where to turn or where to begin. I know im going to keep doing this routine, i already put work in thats to good to get me to stop. I'm a newbie as well but I always edge at 100% erection a few times mid session to make sure I can maintain a rock hard erection for my gf. You haven't had 100% erection in a week and this could be a cause of your problem... To me maintaining a 100% hard on is of utmost importance...before any sort of gains. Try edging a few times next session. More experienced board members can probably tell you better advice...

Correction, i havn't had a 100% erection in a few weeks. I havn't been able to get rock hard, and if it comes close to even doing so it doesnt stay, i have to kegal to keep blood in my dick and that doesnt even work. Its not worth measuring it either because its not 100% hard. I know being 100% hard is what counts but im having problems in that very area, which i explained. I was doing fine before i started Penis Enlargement, then i saw some gains, started doing more, than this started happening a few weeks ago and it hasn't been right since. Well i cant edge at 100% if i cant get 100% hard, thanks for the post though man.
 
I've had the same thing happen to me in the past. Have you tried taking some time off from Penis Enlargement for 2-4 weeks? That worked for me. Then again, I've always been more focused on building girth, rather than length. I imagine the types of exercises someone does is gonna affect their hardness- but some more than others. Is it possible that excessive stretching can cause bigger problems in this area than an intense girth routine? I don't know, but I'm beginning to wonder...

Sounds like it could be physical problems, but more than likely it's mental.

When I first started Penis Enlargement, I developed a complex and felt like my penis was smaller than it actually was. It's almost like a form of body dysmorphic disorder.

I have found that my penis is never gets fully hard for at least a couple days after intense workouts. If I give it a few more days it will come back 100%.

I took a light week before starting up the newbie routine but i never actually took time off from pe since i started. Is that what you think i should do? Should i just continue with the newbie routine at 1 session a day? How long do you think i should take off and will i lose any gains if i take a month or so off? Also, if i take a month off, would it be ok if i wore the home made cock ring? Also i did stretch quite a bit last night before i got hard so that might have had something to do with it. I just dont know what to do and this is realy pissing me off.

That is what i think is going on but i actually try to get in a positive mind set and it just doesnt work when i try and get a hardon. It actualy is smaller cause its not getting as hard which equals a smaller erection. Give it a few days, what exactly do you mean? Do you mean chill with Penis Enlargement for a few days then try and get a hard on? I know i got alot of lig soreness right now but i heard thats a good thing which is why i want to keep stretching.
 
Yo guys, tonight was weird because i actually got a decent hard on. Here is the workout i did and the notes following it. I think my dick has a mind of its own and seriously wants to fuck with me because it likes seeing me get pissed off. I actually was able to get a decent hard on tonight, not 100% hard that it hurts hard on like i usually get, but hard enough to get me over 7 inches.

Ok, for some reason i was able to produce a decent erection, i hit 7.1 which is 1 notch down from my overall best measurement. I Have no idea what the hell is up with my dick but i have real bad days and then i have shitty ones, and it was thick tonight to when i did the bends. I let ot go down a little bit and it still measured 7, but im willing to bet that it will go to shit again for some odd reason. However, this has my spirts up because if i reached that tonight, then there is no reason i cannot hit 7.3, then 7.5. I think what i realy need to do, is stop doing so much uneeded stretching and just do the newbie routine with some footlongs and blasters once a day. No more, no less. Anybody think thats a good idea? I tried doing some jelqs tonight with my erection but this god forsaken t-vein didnt want that to happen. I did 10 of them and they were feeling realy good and the crazy thing was my erection was actually rising when i was doing them.
 
Maybe you could try not getting the ruler out so often, it could be screwing with your head messing around with all these .1's of an inch and stuff. Your routine sounds good to me, keep doing the kegels and watch �naked people movies�... you could try only getting the ruler out once every 3 months or something?

Penis Enlargement is gonna be different for every one of us, it'll be hard to answer questions like 'Will my gains go if I don't Penis Enlargement for a month', I say just do what feels right...

Thats so hard to do, but i will try that. I will keep up Penis Enlargement cause with the erection i got tonight i think im gonna be fine, i just have toi accept that not everyone is going to be the best or the worst. Ill just stick to 1 workout a day and not do multiple sessions a day. Overdoing it is what got me last time.

Stretching didn't both me, but I did only jelqing, kegeling and edging for two months before I even attempt the stretch.

The result? Consistent eleven o'clock woodies!!! You might ease up on the stretching and focus on this routine. It worked GREAT for me. It just might work for you as well.

Yeah i know big guy, i just get easily discouraged by this. Im starting to, i just realy want that 7.5 nbp so bad that its clouding my mind that all this comes with time, im just very impatient. Im going to go realy hard this week with the stretching, some erect bends, then along with this week of excercise ill do what Baraka suggested and just get hard and stay hard as i can for a half hour. I just did it now, and it went pretty well. I actually could see where the gains are coming in at the base, and the weight loss plan is now starting to take effect because im starting to see more of where my actual base is. So while im taking time off, ill focus more on the weight loss which is only going to help my nbp more, and practice getting hard and staying hard, practice kegals and keep it at that. I would jelq, but my t-vein kills me when i do that.
 
:confused: WTF? You have a thrombosed vein and you're still continuing your Penis Enlargement routine?! Listen to me carefully: stop what you're doing RIGHT NOW. Don't wait until the weekend, or until tomorrow, or even until you go to bed tonight. Stop NOW. Don't even think about using that cock ring, either. You can check out my previous comments on this stuff for more details, if you want.

My God, had I known you were injured to begin with, I would've never recommended that you do anything but rest. No wonder you've having wood problems. You'll have them for the rest of your days, along with a lot of pain, if you keep on doing what you're doing.

You need a bare minimum of a month off and, chances are, you'll need 2 or 3 straight months off to avoid causing a permanent injury involving scar tissue and a shitload of other nastiness. You've been warned. :!:

I see your t-vein is back. Remember what I told you about it? When it looks and feels healed, its not yet and you need to give it a few more days..

I'd say you can only do kegels and BTB jelquing now. Hot massages and hot-cold wraps will help your t-vein heal faster. Do it right this time.
 
Listen to Baraka, man!! I'd stick with kegeling and nothing else until it's completely healed.

hey there! definitely think you should sort out that t-vein as a top priority. maybe see your doctor!?! as for your growth i wouldn't be worried. its taken me 3 months pe before seeing any growth at all! and i know what u mean about it looking smaller, same happened with me, i think it was because i was exercising every day and not giving adequate rest. i now exercise every other day and my best erections are always on my day off. just something to think about...
 
Well this realy sucks, i had no idea this was that severe. Now this is the cause of wood problems, if i would have known that id have stopped. Thanks guys, is there any supplement you guys suggest that will help it heal along with all the other stuff you suggested? Also i cant even wear the ring when im running on the tred mill so my flaccid doesnt shrink up?
 
BTB jelquing: With your thumb and forefinger together and pressing behind the balls with your inner penis between, do a jelquing motion from back (anus) to front (shaft or ballsack). Kegel before each jelq to get more blood for it.

And yeah, loose the cockring, you are trying to get the blood moving there. You can also take a couple aspirins, it will help with that.

Thanks again Chi, will do and will Ibuprofin act the same as aspirin? Its all i got around at the moment.

International Urology & Nephrology. 28(3):387-91, 1996.

In our center between 1992 and 1994 penile Mondor's disease (superficial
dorsal penile vein thrombosis) was diagnosed in 5 patients aged 20-39
years. In all patients the thromboses were noted 24-48 hours after a
prolonged sexual act with or without an intercourse. the main symptom
was a cord-like thickening of the superficial veins, which were painless
or slightly painful. Doppler examination of the superficial dorsal vein
revealed obstruction of the vessels. In 2 patients the retroglandular
plexus was also involved. Patients were treated with anti-inflammatory
medications (Tenoxicam or Ibuprofen). The resolution of the thrombosis
occurred uneventfully within 4-6 weeks. No recurrence or erectile
dysfunction was noted in any of the patients. Penile Mondor's disease is
a benign pathology of the superficial dorsal penile vein and should be
taken into account in the differential diagnosis of penile pathologies.
