u must keep in mind quijjiboo is no newbie to Penis Enlargement. For those that are relatively new to it, please exercise caution and take at least 2 days off. girth work can easily cause harm. so listen to your body, and be patient.
 
I remember a month when I was doing a girth routine from hell. My limp penis was always huge and red after workouts, followed by a sore feeling the next day. I'd say the soreness is definitely a good sign as I gained almost a quarter inch in that month alone.

Recently, I haven't been doing the hardcore girth workouts and have not been sore. Guess what? Haven't gained much recently either.

I've been doing Supra Slammers, after doing 25 dry jelqs for warmup, for 5-10 reps at a sitting. Achieving maximum engorgement is a must, and once that's reached and pressing a bit further is where I've seen really rapid growth. I felt stagnated at 5.5" and now I'm at 5.75" at 100% engorgement. I did gain while I wasn't really stressing maximum engorgement, but the slammers really get things going and the kegel jelq combo has really helped my head size. I end every workout now with a very red and engorged dick that just hangs, and hangs, and hangs. Everything is working out really well with this at the moment. I think pushing a few reps past the "max" is what has really helped in this process as well, as I can feel the tunica become squishy and really pliable after my session.
 
i do slammers everyday and can only do about 5 before my penis goes red/limp/sore, but for the last one i hold at the base with my right hand and masterbate with my left, difference being i actually reach orgasm - when this happens grip really tight with the right hand. your pc muscle will flex uncontrollably (because of orgasm ;) ), you can feel real surges of blood pump up, allow these surges of blood into penis but still hold tight with right hand. this is like a slammer on steroids - 120% erection easy!! im always sore after that one .LMAO

But doesn't SUPRA stress not ejaculating while or after doing the slammers?

you see, i never noticed this before, I remember about 2 years ago, (not this past summer, but the summer of 2004) I went away and I made a vow to myself to not ejaculate for the 30 days I was away. I figured since i was going to be away from home, and have alot of time on my hands, i might as well do a really good Penis Enlargement routine 5 days a week. when I started i was 7 1/4 BP flacid stretch. since i REALLY didn't want to ejaculate, i would Penis Enlargement in my bathroom, AWAY from ����. The first two days was kinda wierd, but after that I started getting hard without need of ����. In only 2 weeks i went from 7 1/4 to 7 5/8 bp flacid stretch.

Now that I think of it, since i was really sexually frustrated, for the fun of it I would masturbate close to the point of no return, and stop. and I would do it a couple of times, and i would end my work out for the day.

What i just described is 'edging' and i was doing it without having any knowledge of doing it. So who knows, maybe there's something to that.

I've been meaning to do another 30 day routine thing, but gf wont let me get passed day 3.<:(

WHat you say makes sense but its impossible for my dick to have this "intense soreness" I can girth work out, clamp, jelq, jelq while im clamping for 3 hours, until my arms are so tired for jelqing tough I cant even lift them, and my dick wont feel at all what you describe.

That could be cuz of two reasons

#1 is you've adapted to the pressure and need a little time off to decondition

#2, your reps maybe high but their individual intensity isn't high. try jelqing at 70% with the TIGHEST grip u can for 10 secs a rep, and doing a horse or ULI after every 10 reps.

Hey I've been doing what you say, I can definetly feel the difference, I can feel the intensity when I use a tighter grip and apply my force to my jelq, at 70%, and I do the ULI every 10 reps like you say, But still havnt acheived this post routine you guys talk about. I guess I'll to keep pushing harder... Maybe one of these days i'll get my first gain.
 
Everyone reacts differently, but from my own experience with working either length, or girth...more is better. My last big girth gain of a solid 1/4" in less than a month was from an intense clamping routine that included clamping almost every night for 30-45 minutes. I always made sure I had a fatigued feeling before stopping. I'm on a similar routine again, and expect gains soon.

ya man TRUST ME, doing this will definately give you gains.

And try to not ejaculate. I find that going for a period of 30 days without ejaculating while maintaining a strict Penis Enlargement routine gives me the MOST gains.
