Would the application of it cause your penis to bend even more (downward)?
Was that directed towards the DMSO/PABA thing or in relation to bending in the opposite direction as a means to correct the bend?

Well. If it's not a plaque and just smaller scar tissues, then it's unlikely.
For instance. If you have a plaque and your pumping, you can actually break your plaque to some extent and move it to another area. That's from what I recall on the peyronies boards. If you had a plaque then you would probably have a whole heap of other problems such as pain and or ED.
