Before I started PE I had a penis of a little less than 17cm(6,7 inches) BPEL, now I have 18cm(7,08 inches) BPEL.
Girth: Before: I don't remember well, but it was about 4,7 inches at the base.

My goal is: 8.5 or 9 x 6 inches.

I'm not so disciplined and since september 2015 I have stopped PE sometimes for days, sometimes for weeks. Now that I'm more engaged on PE I do the following:
-I warm up my penis for 5 minutes.
-I do Bundled Stretches (That prepare the tunica, right?)
- Jelq at night about 15-30 minutes, usually against my side curvature and against my slightly downward curvature (I want an upward curve).
-I do SSJ for less than 10 minutes and again, I try to do against my curvatures.

=======>>> I would like to have 6 inches of girth at the whole shaft or at least almost that way and I want my penis more cylindrical.

I have some questions:
1-Can I make my penis cylindrical with Slow Squash Jelqs??
How my penis is a little flat I think I need grip more tightly at the left and right side, to make the girth expand more to up and down, increasing the pressure of my CC's mainly in a vertical way.
2- Do you guys think that I can correct the curve more quickly with the SSJ than with the bends jelqs?

Your workout looks good but I want to go over a few things. First, I see that you understand what Bundles do but where they are most important prior to any workout be it girth or length. It is a gainful exercise but it is also a preparatory exercise.

SlowSquashJelqs are a great exercise in the way that they distribute girth evenly along the shaft. They are extremely powerful in girth expansion and when coupled with the BathMate, forget about it, no better exercise combo for girth. With the bend I suggest using DLD Bends, pumping or extender use to correct a bend.

I've always had a somewhat "flat" penis that was wider than it was deep, mostly due to the CS being small. Pumping with the bathmate and clamping have done more to increase CS size than anything else I've ever done, and you can do SSJ with the clamp.

I've also noticed that my CS seems to be the last thing that expands when I get an erection. If I'm 98% hard, it's still a little flat, but that last 2% of erection quality makes it really fill out.

Lastly, even though you definitely want to expand in all directions, I would say that width is more important than "depth", because putting pressure on those side walls of the vagina is what really does it :)

The reason chicks prefer a big head/cs is because if is more form-fitting and lenient than the stiff cc. That's the same reason that acromegaly bought his dildos size extra medium in 'flexible' material and only one extra heavy duty one in the 'firm' setting for when he's been a bad raver and needs to be punished

Bundled stretches is a very good exercise. I thought it was just used in order to prepare the tunica.
I will start to do DLD Bends.

My CS also is the last thing that expands. I really want my CS more evident, for aesthetic reasons. My CS only appears at the base and sometimes at the top of the penis

templnite, I remembered now the ���� actor __________. Not only him but others that have a big penis and a big CS. When some actress takes his penis to make a blowjob we can realize that his penis isn't so hard, it seems soft. Even before ejaculation. Why this occurs with some actors?
 
It probably means the actress doesn't exite him or that he used a penis pump or because they usually film several scenes in one day. Take some herbal supplements like hgw and maca if you want your Cs more sensitive/evident

I guess I'm the first person who gained 2.25 inches in length doing only bundled exercises. The length gains came with some very nice base girth all thanks to the length master.
