i've been using sizegenetics for five weeks and some jelqs against the bend but it doesnt seem to get my bend out
my bend is from the middle to the end bend down and i want it to go up slightly, some kegels more jelqs or other jelqs ?

It takes time and consistent effort to correct a bend. It took me a year to cause the ned I wanted. German Stallion spent 3 years to fix his bend. Try to be patient and understand the whole while you are correcting you will also be gaining size...that should keep you motivated.

the SG alone wont correct a down ward curve. let me find my video post about using a fulcrum with an extender
 
jelqing against the curve can be quite good, as well as masturbating against the curve, e.g. if you have a downward curve, make a conscious effort to masturbate with an upwards stroke. erect bends may also help

he has been but to know avail.

Pedro - what is your jelqing routine like? you should be doing it very often. at least 3x/day i would say b/c correcting a curve can take a long time. it's only been 5 weeks. you have to keep it up.

Here is the fulcrum extender video do this against the downward curve when you wear your extender from now on

I have been just jelqing like 200 times after an 1 and a half hour extending,

The fulcrum looks great to go against the curve, can i keep a small metal bar for like 20 minutes or so or just like in the video very short times ?

Yes, that will work by placing the pen at th point of the bend, also try to all your jelquing in an upward angle.

the biggest fulcrum you can fit is the best. and also for as long as you can. i'd recommend the extender with the fulcrum be used hours a day. but just do whatever you can. 20 minutes wont help i dont think. just not long enough
 
I managed to aleviate my curvature in about 1.5 years and still work on it, you'll want to fell a slight temporary straingtening of the curve after an workout as a sign of its effectivness when fully erect otherwire you're wasting your time.

so you are saying when i wear the extender i should always put a pen in it just all the time ?
 
Pretty sure that's what been said, yes.
The extender alone will work to straighten your curve but with the pen it will work to reverse it, getting rid of the original curve much much quicker. After that point, you can carry on for an upward curve if you want or just wear the extender normally.
 
I really dont have to worry about blood stopping to flow?, i've tried it a couple of times now, and it leaves a small mark on the spot where i put it, but that is always gone after 5 mins after i massage it.
I've also done masturbating against the curve and i will do this all the time i am masturbating, when im in the shower i will do 200 upward jelqs, this seems the be a good program for me. Thanks for all your advice
 
What sort of mark are you seeing? Are there any signs of a poor flow further up? How long do you use the fulcrumed extender for before you notice this?

Just like a red kinda pressure stain, if i put alot of traction on it, i also have this mark at the base of the penis where the round thing is youknow after like 30/40 minutes i would say
 
That doesn't sound like a major problem, just try not to put the pen in the same spot every time and you'll be ok I think. Do keep an eye on it though just in case something worse starts to develop.
 
its kinda like the stain u have on your ankle for wearing socks all day if u know what i mean..
 
Yeah, I know what you mean. It's utterly harmless but, I'd still change the exact position of the pen daily just to make sure there's no long term result. I'm pretty sure I can see the shape of my watch in my left wrist these days and you don't want that with your penis.

This is a simple but very effective method of curve correction. I am hoping SizeGenetics will start to include a vertical piece for their extenders to offer greater curve correction. Using this method and erect jelqing against the curve, with some time, will correct a bend. It is not a quick fix, for some it takes up to two years to complete but if you dedicate yourself to this it will work.
 
I think that the best way to strech the tunica in that region is to do __________ streches witch look like a LM rool to strech that wall of the tunica.

I've been able to aleviate my curve significantlly over the last 2 years so I'll try to put togheder all my knoledge and experience I gathered in this time into a thread "Curvature Corection 101", hopefully I'll find the time tomorow.
