The important thing with enzymes is to take them on an empty stomach! Otherwise they digest the food. I took 2 capsules right after waking up, and 2 capsules just before bedtime. If I woke up in the middle of the night I would take an extra dose. Whenever you have an empty stomach works. Approximately 2 hours after a meal. You can't really overdose so you can use more. I also used the Enzymedica SerraGold, because it also helps dissolve blood clots. The Natto-K probably will work by itself. They had both at the local health-food store, so I just used them both at the same time.
The enzymes can certainly be used with the EVO, it might even be a synergistic pairing. I suspect that in fact if you get the enzymes in your bloodstream then increase local blood flow with the EVO that will be a great combo.
The product you found on amazon is the right one. I worked at a health food store several years ago, and it hit me one day that people used this product to dissolve blood clots for cardiovascular health. Why not use it for a thrombosis in my penis? Duh. It worked great for me. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to think of that. I'm sure that the pain was holding back my gains.
I didn't use EVO and the Natto-K simultaneously. I used the EVO soon after the thrombosis and found it helpful. I used the Natto-K months later because there was some residual pain.
I think the enzymes could be one of the best therapies yet for thrombosis.
Let us know how it goes!

For some reason the pain was very bad today. I didn't stretch for 2 days and I was alright but then I did a short 5 minute manual stretching session today and the pain is terrible and it constantly hurts. I don't even know if it is thrombosis anymore! I am going to order a bottle of Natto-k and maybe even SerraGold today and try it out and hopefully it works. If not I might go and see a specialist about it. I'm also going to stop PE for about 2 weeks to a month and hopefully when I come back I'll be better!! my goals for 2016 are 1" in length and .5" on forth and I don't want to let myself down on the goal!! I'll still be checking in on the brotherhood every day as well.

That sounds similar to my experience. I was doing a really intense stretch to the side, then a big pop, then bad pain. It was very painful and tender for two weeks, until I started using the EVO. I used the EVO for about 3 weeks and I could do PE again. But some lingering pain was still there for months until I used the enzymes (Natto-K, SerraGold). I wish I had thought of the enzymes back when it happened, because I'm sure I would not have had the lingering injury which slowed my progress. (I detail my experience earlier in this thread.)
If you post a picture the brothers can take a look and give our opinions. Pain is "normal" in the sense that the area is inflamed, which is good in the long run because that's the body's healing response to injury. Pain is the body's signal to take it easy and let the area heal. But you can speed up the healing process with the EVO and enzymes. Speedy Recovery and keep us posted, I'm very curious how other will respond to the enzyme treatment protocol.

Ya I'm going to try one of the 2 remedies first, which one? i have no clue yet but hopefully i will know by tomorrow so that i can order it! It may not even be thrombosis though so i am going to do as DLD said and massage it and keep it heated and i will take a week or 2 off. Its better to be safe then sorry! Even if it isn't thrombosis, i have another thombosis mid right shaft that i would like to get rid of too lol. It doesnt hurt at all, i just think that it looks ugly aha. i hope to be back to PEing within a couple weeks MAX.
