Intro post, covid complications.

Thanks for the information! Just to clarify, when I’m doing bundled stretches which direction should I be twisting before the stretch in my situation? I want to be really clear so I don’t make anything worse.
Do you have curvature You're trying to correct?

I'll post some photos sometime in the next couple of days. @DLD It hasn't been on my mind as something I need to fix, but what I have is this. A rotation counterclockwise some degrees (which I've only noticed progressing over the last ten years or so), a bit of a corkscrew-style "twist" to the upper half of my penis, and my entire erection sometimes wants to point slightly to the left. Sometimes my glans leans slightly to the left also. I also remember that during the last ten years sometimes when I'd get a soft-on my erection would veer to the left and I would "bend" it back straight and it would stay, not sure if that tells anything. Also my wife and I get pretty rough and a few times I smashed myself the wrong way pretty hard, which was painful, not sure if that could have caused injuries. I know that my bout with covid accentuated these existing issues and didn't outright cause them. I don't have a sharp bend anywhere like in peyronies and there's no associated lump or pain like in peyronies. I'm just happy I have full blood flow again from what I've done. I'm thrilled to have a dick that works again!

I've been talking to someone who specializes in pelvic floor therapy for men, do you guys think that may help me as well along with the PE? My stress levels have been through the roof for years and I doubt that's helped things.

If there is a specialist on pelvic floor that you can lean on for more info, do take it. You'll be assessed at close range for the most optimal approaches on the exercises. This may be introduced to TENS unit as well as a low stimulus to maximize the intensity at minimal efforts.

Sexual injuries are no jokes. Ladies don't know how much guys suffer during their bouts of extreme pleasure riding. The ladies believe the penis pounding the cervix is painful. Not as painful as a broken penis.

Hey brothers, just want to give you all an update. I'm doing the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory program and slowly increasing the intensity/time. I've altered the way I do the bundled stretches a bit and it's actually fixing my rotation. Also I just hit 7'' BPEL, and I had already forgotten what my starting stat was. That's quite an increase! The max I had ever been able to see when I was super skinny with good EQ about ten years ago was 6.75'' BPEL. I'm losing weight as well so that will all become more usable as I go. I'm down 48lbs since this time last year. Learning how to wrap the best for the way my penis is has taken some time to figure out. I'm not circumcised so it's a bit challenging at first. I have watched all the available videos and they helped a lot.

Bundled Stretches are most important
