I just grab and pull. But ive been thinking maybe this is not as effective.

Does it not make more sense to pull it back and pull from your head so you are stretching your cock not your foreskin, if you are even stretching anything??

Not pulling it back still pulls the Ligs.
 
When people say they really feel the stretch in certain exercises, sometimes I wonder if they are pulling their skin at the base of the penis more than their ligs.

I have just started stretching, and if I just grab and pull,..yes I feel a stretch, but I notice that a load of skin at the base of my penis is being pulled out in a sort of pyramid shape.
But if I pull the foreskin skin back a bit, I don't also stretch the skin around the base out, and it's a different feeling.

Problem is that when I pull my foreskin back to stretch properly, it feels too rough on the head of my penis.
The head and the bit just behind the glans is very sensitive, so when I stretch it hurts. It ends up feeling really sore and I might get a little blister from the friction.
It's too sensitive to stretch with the foreskin pulled back and I feel that I might be doing some damage if I stretch too hard. Lots of sensitive nerves and blood vessels there.

It's alright getting a good grip by pulling the foreskin back before stretching, but the problem I have is that the end of my penis can't tolerate the pain from being rough on the sensitive bits.
Pulling on the bare head is just too painful for me.
I was intending to stretch every day, but I had to stop after two days because I got a little blister from stretching by pulling by the head while my foreskin was pulled back.
It was just too rough on the head of my penis and I had to wait a few days until the soreness was gone and there was no irritation.

I am really pissed off because this is yet another exercise that I can't do right.
I'm thinking that I have an abnormal penis that won't allow me to do the exercises that everybody else does.
I just don't get how other people can stretch with their foreskin pulled back. It's too soft and sensitive in that area, and when I try it I either can't do it because It hurts too much, or if I manage to do it, the head and the bit behind it is just too sore to get a good workout and I get blisters

Also tried the latex gloves tip that some people recommend to get a good grip. F**k...That.
My penis was f**ked up with tiny blisters and sore red marks due to too much friction. It was taking my skin away when I let go.

Same here, feels like i'd pull the head OFF if i stretch this way
 
Also, I have the Auto-EXXtender, and it doesnt say to pull the foreskin bak, so by your reasononing it wont work! im so confuesed!! ?:(

Why all the negativity,several of your post you make similar comments,if you don't think it works why are you here.

Your starting to sound like a troll.

I used to pull over the top of the foreskin but found it hard to get a decent grip,pulling with the skin pulled back is better but it does take a while to get used to because you can make yourself sore at first.

What negativity, I guess I am just one of the rare users on this Forum who says what I am thinking. Im sorry if Im not as "Koombiyah" as you would want me to be but I don't remember outright insulting anyone.

I never said I didn't think it worked. I do have my doubts as some other users must have. Why do I have these doubts?

Because so many users hear claim 8+ length by 6+ girth and say they started with 5+ lenght by 4+ girth. Many are claiming 9 inches but no measured shots... No step by step measured shots that tell a newbie like me "Hey this shit really works and here's my proof".

You wanna post a mediocore ruler shot where you claim 8+ or 11+ but no mediocore ruler shot of when you were 6+... How does that tell me you gained?

Last question, why are the only clear and solid ruler pics from the guys who are under 8"??

Thats off topic, but he does have a point.

As for my original point, grabbing WITH THE FORESKIN does give some stretch, but pulling it back first doesnt seem to stretch (as in, i cant feel it)

Sorry for goin off topic on ya thread mate.

Im no expert but Id stretch with the skin back if I was you. Even if you don't feem a good stretch at first it may be better than stretching your skin.

Maybe i'll try pulling back the foreskin then. i PMEd DLD but have had no response yet, hope he answers soon!
 
The way I see it is that you gotta pull the skin back - I never used to but I do now. It might seem weird at first but after a few sessions you'll be used to it... Who wants a load of stretched, pointless skin at the end of their dick?
 
Ive gained from holding the foreskin too, but now im going 2 pull it back!

Hey you guys,

This might be helpful. Depending on how long your shaft is, if you can grab it half-way down and pull from there. I'm large and have a lot of shaft to work with. Yet, I injured the nerves below the corona doing my own version of the lazy ass stretch.

Shit, I don't even think about my foreskin because I'm stretching and pulling really hard from half-way down the shaft--actually probably closer to the base than to the head of my penis.

I get that triangle shape of the skin one of you guys was talking about, but I can really feel the tug on my ligs at the same time.

When I do the cranks I do the same thing--(now I'm doing DLD's "footlong stretches)--I never grasp my penis more than half-way down the shaft from the base because it's too painful around the glans area and below it. That area is just too damned sensitive for me.

In the same way, I never jelqed at more than 50% erect--probably closer to 30% erect.

In my opinion, there should be no real pain involved in Penis Enlargement. I think the dictum, "No pain, no gain" doesn't work here.

SJY, I would pull with the skin. It's the same reasoning why you would hang with the skin where it is. The skin will grow with the penis. Prince Albert is uncut and was the one who brought it to my attention that when you hang skin stretch is desireable even for him even though he's uncut, because this will ensure that the internal structures are receiving stress, but also that the skin will grow and remain covering the glans. I would definitely pull with the skin, especially for comfort. I've actually gotten enough coverage now that when I stretch I occasionally have a session where I stretch with skin and the stretch is very good. Let us know how it goes.

Don't you have a set of Penis Enlargement weights too?
 
Stretching with a foreskin is not as difficult as it first appears although is does take some time to get used to the over-sensitivity that occurs when doing it, especially in the first few months. My advice is to pull back the foreskin and get used to it as quick as possible as your length gains will increase over the skin expansion that will occur if you grip with the foreskin covered.
 
I cant pull my foreskin back and get a good grip with the power assist. I think if the ring of the power assist that my penis goes through was a bit bigger i could push my skin back a bit more and fit my hand through the ring and get a hold of my penis with the reverse ok grip. Would it be possible to get one made a bit bigger. :O

So I could gain the way Ive been doing it, but its better to pull it back?

With AutoEXT (or other type of extender), you need to pull the forskin back. The reason is that your forskin is lot more sensitive to blood circulation. This is why some users are feeling burning sensation (on your forskin). Your forskin will give out long before the head - which will prematurely stop your stretching session.

With manual stretching, this does not apply as you can't hold it that long - your hand will give out long before your forskin is affected.

As for the base - because your are uncut doesn't mean that you don't need to stretch the skin near the base. I made that mistake earlier on. In order to stretch your ligs, your base skin also needs to be stretched. And I mean a lot of base skin stretching (don't worry its not noticeable other than more hair down the shaft).

The base skin stretching is hardest thing to do as it will feel like you are ripping your skin, but its a must if you want to stretch your ligs.
