I try to get my bundles in every day, I do my bundles in the SG for an hour, then my pre-pump high intensity bundles. This definitely makes a huge difference in the looseness of the Tunica for me and I get better expansion this way.

I am just happy that my exercise and theories of Tunica work are on point. Makes me feel so proud of myself:)

I never really got into bundles a whole lot. But Im happy you guys are talking and pointing out the importance of bundled stretches erect and flaccid. Since I ave started putting these in my daily workouts I feel more gains on the way. These various bundled stretches are taking me too a new level is what I feel, as well as my homemade LengthMaster! Followed up by ace wrapping.

It's vital to do LM bundles because that loosens the tunica, which consequentially has a snowball affect by providing the capability for greater expansion during your P.E workouts.

You're such a good sensei DLD, this is just PURE GAIN exercise, I can't believe what erect twisted stretch done to me in past few days, base ligs went up like never before, and all over my shaft I could see ligaments, couldn't recognize my penis to be honest, I can't stop stretching erect and twisting it because it's so cool and funny and painful (good pain xD) so there must be gains in this, plus when I attach X30 it's straight up awesome shit and I'm happy with my workout, definitely switched my basic flaccid stretches to the erect ones because I just passed over basics, no more use of them really...

Once upon a time, I though bundles were bs even when after I started doing them. I gave them a chance, and for a couple months my only real girth routine was bundles then eventually bundles and erect stretches. Then when I tried my hand at pumping once more, I had a difficult time fitting into the cylinder. Talk about an awesome problem to have! Cylinders don't shrink brotha! 😃That's when I knew bundles were legit. This was by far the single most fastest acting exercise in the bunch.
 
If I'm not doing my bundles before the girth session its harder to feel that soreness when bending, and ssj'ing. It just feels like nothing is being affected, and the expansion doesn't bulge out as quick

When I created Bundled Stretching I had no idea it would end up being categorized as a Tunica specific exercise, I thought they would simply be a great way to make length gains. Now, knowing how effective Bundles are with Tunica Stretching, I feel like if I came with the understandings earlier men would have gained so much faster. Well, I am happy they are being used today!
 
Pretty much just twist as you pull, but don't worry if you cant twist it very much, it'll get better

Exactly, some men will only be able to twist 1/2 to 1 turn in the beginning but as time goes on and your Tunica becomes more expanded additional twists will be possible.
 
I added a cranking motion to this while using both hands. You can really feel the tug in different
places as you go around and complete a full circle.

another exercise id like to try seems like that exercise is hitting different angles n the intensity is great..

Like what direction are we pulling out? Straight, upwards, down?

My advice would be: why not all directions you can think of and feel productive ?
Try it, feel it, make it better.
